So here is my review the 2nd season Venji
First thing is, it just me or did some characters feel OOC?
I want them to work so badly because I can tell how much they do love eachother but it just seemed like they weren’t properly communicating
And I just feel like it was rushed sometimes, specifically the sex aspect between them. I’m dissapointed about their first time, it just felt like
Was the HUGE thing they worked up and then that was it. The scenes where they talked were beautiful at night and morning but it just felt like a lack of something...
I wish we got To see there relationship blossom
Benji and Victor felt so SO weird sometimes, the stuff they would say just felt out of nowhere and this specifically the second half of the season
I think that their relationship got a little rushed? And their moments weren’t as sentimental and meaningful as it felt in the beginning
At first I just felt weird about benjis reaction to Isabel and Victor problems and I understood where he was coming from but it just felt off? Sometimes
The problems they were having were SO valid and hard , and so real. And I felt for them , but I’m just so so conflicted because I love them and I want them to work. The firework scene and the morning scene of them together made my heart sore, and I hope that they get through this and remember that all of this is static. I think the main problem is that regardlessThat they would say it was okay where Victor was in coming out and benji being where he was with AA and everything but it really wasn’t. They were both struggling with their own problems and it just felt like they were fiending off of eachother.
Now, I’m going to say I do NOT like Victor and Rahim, they’re so sweet and there friendship is beautiful but to me it just , didn’t hit right. And idk if it’s because it was rushed or what it was , but I feel that Rahim is idolizing Victor so much and idk.
I hope that he chooses benji i really do, or they find there way back to eachother
And I think they will, simply because of what Isabel said herself to benji
