I love the feeling of getting on a plane to go anywhere.

But right now it just feels lonely.

Looking through old photos, I feel like I used to. It’s a nice break from this new way. It will be gone by tomorrow

it's not that I need a quiet day or a day off exactly; it's that I need a pocket of time that exists entirely outside of linear time as we know it that would allow me to get things done without time passing in the real world, and frankly, I don't think that's too much to ask.

was social yesterday , after yoga this morning got canceled I did some relax & flow with adriene (which was freeee , a sweet addition) and breakfast. And then had a nap and a nice menty health walk before the snow starts. Solid start to the first weekend of 2024
