excongodfather:
“Who exactly are you trying to get away from? The portraits?” He shot back fixing his robes. He shouldn’t have been so short with her, but he was annoyed at himself for being late. Remus had vowed not to let him see another classes worth of notes and exams were around the corner. He’d have Mr. and Mrs. Potter reminding him how hard it would be to become an auror if he failed his exams.
He sighed, “Don’t wit and wisdom combined turn into cleverness,” He pointed out still a little sharp. “You all certain like to answer questions in class,” He found his wand and tucked it back into his robes. “What year are you? If you don’t get wherever you’re meant to be, you’re likely to be caught. I don’t necessarily see that as a bad thing, but I don’t need any unwanted attention.”
“That woman was screamin’ like a bloody bean sidhe.” Cho looked at him closely, she didn’t recognize him either, which was odd because she’d talk to most anybody in her own year. “Must’ve startled her..” Though now that she thought about it, she was talking to the friar, not some woman.
“Not always. I was never the clever one, witty and moments of wisdom.” She was in a free period, her sought after profession for after Hogwarts didn’t entirely need certain scores. Only graduation. “I don’t have anywhere to be at the moment. Seventh.” Her brows furrowed, she was pretty sure most of the Gryffindors knew her, either from Quidditch or Harry.
“What part of the.. castle am I in?” She was questioning herself more than she was him.
excongodfather:
Sirius was late for potions. Slughorn already despised him because he’d managed to sully his perfect set of Black heirs that he’d been hoping to collect. The fact that he was rubbish at brewing potions when his father was considered brilliant did little to help him. He hadn’t been paying attention to anyone in front of him, though the hallways were mostly empty this far into the class period. When she slammed him to him, he stumbled backward wand falling from his hand.
“Merlin’s beard. Can’t you watch where you’re going?” He looked up at her. Hogwarts was a big school. It was impossible to know everyone, but he thought he knew most of the seventh years. Maybe she was younger. “I thought you Ravenclaws were meant to be clever. You can’t even manage not to bang into the only other person in the hallway.” He looked around for his wand.
Cho caught herself on the wall to keep from falling, it was almost hard to believe she was a seeker. Her attention went to the portrait who was slowly losing her will to keep screaming, but dark eyes fell in a glare at the.. Gryffindor. She spied by his house colours, sighing loudly, “When a person is trying to get away, they tend to not pay much attention to their surroundings.” Her attitude was cool, even though she wanted to be openly rude.
“Also, cleverness isn’t one of our traits.” She tried not to focus on that aspect of the general lack of consideration people had to learn about the other houses once they were sorted. The more you know, the less likely you looked like a closed minded arse.

“There seems to be some confusion in this school about intelligence, wisdom, and cleverness.” The Ravenclaw was actually pondering, not the differences between the three, but why people didn’t understand that they weren’t all the same thing.

The priestess Cho was widely known for her healing ability through out the land, but also her fighting style gave her a just as highly known reputation. Often called a butterfly among men, she took her profession and abilities with great focus and dedication. War waged across the lands, lords fighting over squabbles with no care of the people caught in the middle of it.
This afternoon, she had been with the small village, healing their wounded and helping fend off the hostility of the passing army. Soldiers who thought they were owed by those less than them.
fireburnsflowers gets to be patronized by Cho.
“So, let me get this..” Cho paused, looking at the girl with a confused look over her coffee cup. “Your parents are.. Know-It-All Granger and King Weasley?”
emeraldsorcery liked that post.
"So.. since my parents won’t be making the game, I thought I’d offer you the tickets.” Cho held up the Tutshill Tornadoes Team Box tickets with a bit of a curious look on her face, Harry was still a Quidditch fan, right? She’d never known if he had a favourite team however, she knew it wasn’t her’s.
aquietlifeyouknowme liked the post.
Unlike many others who’d taken time from their jobs to help rebuild the school, Cho went straight back to the Tornadoes and Quidditch, it was her life and helped her not have to think all the time about the destruction of what’d been her home for seven years. Now that the season was over though, she had all the time in the world to help restore their community. A lot of her time was spent in Diagon Alley though, not at Hogwarts. She stayed closer to the bustle of the people who had been hit just as hard, but seemed to be forgotten in the rebuild.
Looking up from the elderly woman she was talking with, she recognized the green eyes, the glasses, and his hair. Quickly apologizing, she left the woman to meet Harry part way up the Alley. “ ‘Lo Harry!”

Between Quidditch, press, friends, and family, Cho felt like she didn’t have a lot of downtime for herself and for just going out to shop. Which in her teen years, that had been a big deal, shopping. Though she’d always been the girl found in the Quidditch gear shops, trying to figure out the best way to ask her parents for the newest broom. New gear, new clothes, there was always something new to spend her money on.
Lately she was bored with trinkets, and looking for a specific book, it was something she remembered her mum mentioning months ago. And now.. it was her mission to find it. As she entered the bookstore, she kept her head down, hoping no one would recognize her today.
excongodfather sorta plotted a thing.
Cho had never claimed to be very good at certain spells or charms, she usually just excelled in specific areas, this however wasn’t one of them. So she was almost prepared for the explosion in her face that knocked her on her arse, the air felt fuzzy around her, but she blamed that on the magic. When she opened her eyes to stare up at the painting that should have been a friar tutting at her to be careful, it was of a woman who stared at her for a moment before screaming. “Oi!” She covered her ears, still disoriented by what happened, that it didn’t dawn on her the change in her surroundings.
She scrambled for her wand as she tried to get away from the screaming portrait, with her hearing intact. She made it as far as the end of the hallway before she ran into a boy, no.. quiet literally ran into him.
As a Ravenclaw, I really hate the way that Cho Chang was written in the series. She’s just the “token Asian girl.” J.K. had a chance to write a really cool Asian character, and she just made her some two-dimensional walking stereotype that was literally only there to be a love interest.

Hades has been ruling over the underworld with a solid grip and his wifePersephone, by his side. However, his regime never pleased the olympians. Over and over again they tried to strip Hades of his powers but failed each time. One day Zeus asked Circe for her help and together they created a powerful weapon called the Bermuda Box. It was supposed to be given toHades as a gift but as soon as he’d open it, all his powers and memories would be trapped inside it, making him a common mortal. None existing spell could ever open the box again, once it’s been closed, what ever was inside, was locked forever. Zeus gave the box to Hermes and told him to bring it to the underworld. However, when he arrived, it was not Hades who greeted him but Persephone. Hermes, not aware of what power the box held, gave it to her and returned to the olymp. As soon as she held the box in her hands, curiosity made her open it up and the damage was done. Persephone lost all her powers and memories, which made her a common mortal. That should’ve been the effect of the spell but it was much more powerful than that. With an empty mind, the spell replaced the blank spaces with new memories of a lifePersephone never led and send her down to earth to live them, now as Muse B.
Hades, eventually finding out what happened to his lover, was enraged and promised war with the olympians as soon as his wife returned home. He went down to earth to find her but to his suprised found out that he couldn’t restore her memories, the box was too powerful. The olympians, not wanting another war, told Hades to bring Muses’ B memories back in a different way, by making her fall for him. So Hades took on the identity of Muse A and started a life among humans.
As a god, it should’ve been easy to be part of their world but it turned out to be a hard task, especially because Muse B was not interested in any kind of interaction. However, the bigger risk was the fact that the longer Muse A stayed on earth and away from the underworld, the weaker he got. Nevertheless, he was never going to give up on Muse B.
After many failed attempts of a conversation, Muse A and Muse B eventually hit it off. They started to see each other on weekends and even went out sometimes during the week. It could’ve been great if not for the strange dreamsMuse B started to get about a place that resembled hell and Muse A was its King.
