I searched multiple aisles to make sure I just didn't miss the "ethnic" hair dye. Nope. I didn't. That was what they had, that was their selection for this majority black/minority area. Before anyone decides to play "Devils advocate", hair dye made for white hair does not always take well on black women's curly/coarse hair. In fact, if you read the boxes it often says the color may not show on hair darker than medium brown. My natural hair color is black. Hair dye for black people is made to work with our hair.
