The fact that the Open Heart writers didn’t do any research on PT schooling for Rafael’s story is probably an indicator of how much effort they put into his storyline for this book.

i love this scene and the case they made the team do in the chapter. it immediately sets the stage for what book 3 is going to be all about, i.e. bloom taking over being too good to be true. the fact that the case is a one where the illness "hides" behind other symptoms is no doubt foreshadowing to bloom covering up not so pretty stuff with all the new tech and upgrades.
