Reblog this if its okay for your followers to introduce themselves to you.
Just come to my ask box and tell me stuff about yourself. Your pets. Your favorite music. What you had for breakfast this morning. Literally anything you want, I love making new friends
I MADE ACTUAL FRIENDS DOING THIS BEFORE
FRIENDS? ☺️
guys.
I need friends 😁
I wanted to try out the time-lapse function on my phone but then continued to work very motivated because I didn’t want to screw up the video
About two minutes after this photo was taken a group of about 25 slightly drunk and very loud girls that were on their way to a bachelorette party entered this train and chose to sit around me and I actually continued to be very productive.
Quite amazed at myself because usually I have the concentration of a goldfish.
Study date with the boyfriend
A study date through skype with the boyfriend feat. a bar of my favourite chocolate a girl in my building surprised me with after I gave her some plates I never used anyway The next few weeks are going to be though because where currently in what people describe as the hardest class of my bachelor (hematology and oncology) AND I have to retake another difficult class at the same time
I had a test today which went terrible but overall today was still pretty nice. It was sunny in the morning and later it started raining but it was the good kind of rain that smells like spring and early mornings :) and went to see Beauty and the Beast with my friends
In the middle of redoing my bedroom at home, I don't have my new desk or bed yet so a mattress on the ground and a makeshift desk will have to do for now
Early morning light is the prettiest light

Throwback to when my flight to Barcelona was delayed and I was very productive at the airport
Hi! I'm an American full IB student and am interested in going to university in the Netherlands. However, I've heard that only about 20% of students there graduate in 3 years. Are universities like UvA and VU Amsterdam super difficult? My average grade is about a B+, and I'm worried I might be failed out of my program.
Hi, I don’t really know about that. There’s a lot going on right now with the UvA, but that’s because they’re planning to cut off some programs and/or make it into one, but about graduating in 3 years.. I think 4 years is the average of how long a program goes on. I’m not really sure, I’m not planning on going to an university, so I’m not concentrating on this kind of information.
If you’re Dutch, going to UvA, VU Amsterdam or another university, can you maybe answer this question?!
What are you planning on studying? I am a first-year student at the VU so I might help you. I am not too familiar with your school system though so I don't really know how good or bad a B+ is for you but if you have any questions about studying in the Netherlands feel free to ask!
Finally in the train back home after a long day at uni. Last year I tried to get into med school but I failed, I am trying again this year. I got through the first round and for the second round I need to follow some lectures, study some material and than take a test about what we learned. That test is in the same week as my finals from the study I am doing right now so I will have to manage my time really well the coming month to do well in all my tests...
Guys watch this video it is super inspiring and I LOVE it!
What You Crave vs What You Need
Chocolate: Raw nuts/seeds.
Oily/Fatty Snacks: Kale, leafy greens.
Soda/Carbonated Drinks: Actual, literal bubbles.
Chips/Salty Food: Topsoil.
Cookies: Freudian psychology.
Sweet Tea: A strong Southern gentleman to take care of you.
Pasta/Carbs: Pasta/Carbs.
Ice: The sweet release of death.
Breakfast and studying. I have a very busy (and fun!) evening planned so I have to get as much work done now as possible
Bad quality pic because of the shitty lighting but this was my study space last night. I'm at my university now working on a paper that is due tonight and I really can't focus :/
