Hi, I'm admin 🦜, the owner of this blog. I go by any pronouns!

Originally, this was just a headcanon blog, inspired by lifesteal headcanons. I was curious about how other people view certain characters. It's always fun to share your thoughts with people who like the same things you do! So I made this blog.

I post inbox submissions related to Unstable Universe. Headcanons, theories, video & character analysis, and pretty much anything that's an opinion on a recent video or the whole series.

This blog doesn't have many rules, but I do strongly suggest you follow them.

- Please stay SFW. Any NSFW material will be deleted from the inbox and frequent submissions will result in a ban.

- I suggest following CC boundaries. Boundaries can be a somewhat controversial topic, especially given that many uu fans enjoy lifesteal (with many fans also mainly using twitter). While I will not give my personal opinion, there are CCs who are aware of their Tumblr fanbase and who do interact with fans on Tumblr. Keep that in mind when writing a submission.

- Do not spread hate. Blatant hate and hate speech will be deleted from the inbox. People who publicly hate in comments/reblogs will be banned. Opinions, which are not hateful (ex. "I dislike this popular headcanon") will be posted, but do keep in mind people may disagree with you.

Can my king Parrot PLEASE turn into the director and ban Saps

I'm going nuts over these episodes lately... Saps is a massive hypocrite to think that he's the only person who's lost loved ones, considering Parrot watched three of his friends die before he could react, watched his best friend die TWICE with the second instance resulting from his own hands, and now the only two true friends he has left have completely vanished (thanks Reina for not becoming Dean)

To say Parrot has ruined the server is an overstatement. Sure, the conditions under his rule were not great at all, but they still improved drastically after he became king, and the methods that Saps used to finally crown himself made them even worse. He declared an unnecessary war that led to thousands of innocent deaths from both parties, cut off masses of resources that were used to reverse constant starvation and suffering, fearmongered old players, and manipulated new ones by holding Letty at gunpoint and lying to their faces to turn them against Parrot- before later declaring mass genocide on those same players the moment Parrot was banished

At least Flame and Lomedy got a good ending... for now, and meanwhile Wemmbu is in a death trap. Spoke got me hyped up by NOT becoming a villain and hosting that massive rebellion in purgatory and then a few days later Parrot experiences the worst loss of his life

PLEASE uu can we go one episode without tragedy

Idk if this is an unpopular opinion or smth but...

I want Parrot to crash out. Like, actually crash out. Yelling and all that stuff. I want him to get to a point where he has nothing left to lose and nothing to gain, just absolutely defeated. I've been waiting for him to finally snap after everything he went thru during the mafia and the director arc. Especially now, since he's trying his hardest to be a good king, someone who is able to unite people and make everyone, strong and weak, old and new live in peace, but the world just seems to do everything in its power to make sure that dream never comes true. It's already becoming apparent that he can become desperate when the situation is not in his favor. I want that bird to TWEAK

Haven't felt this GENUINELY hopeless for Parrot since the Mafia arc... it's been a very long time since I've actually seen him lose basically everything

Admittedly, he's not a good king, but with time he could have really improved himself and maybe even reached his goal of peace if it weren't for Cindercrest's impulsiveness. His initial take on recruitment did get me thinking of Ash, but now Parrot just feels more like a soft version of Lettuce

I've seen a couple of people theorize that this "soft" side of him will pivot into some sort of revenge arc of him potentially teaming with Spoke, but Spoke's current position isn't relevant to the war at all and Parrot has no way of even figuring out Spoke's location

I think the most logical theory right now is Justice Duo. Parrot will definitely have a similar interaction with Wemmbu as he had with Flame, and this could likely end up with Parrot rescuing Egg and therefore Wemmbu turning against Cindercrest. Flame though? I have no clue what he's gonna be up to after this but his and Lomedy's reasoning makes me CRASH OUT

Everything feels so undetermined for how this war is gonna end and on the side I'm worried sick about what Spoke is about to turn into. If I know my bird, I know how much preseverance he has, but I also know that not every issue ends without a tragedy

As a side note...Reina reminds me a little too much of Dean and I'm very skeptical about her. Something about her has always been off to me and it feels as though she was planted by Sap in the same way Dean was by Ashswag...I have a feeling that she'll either betray Parrot, die, or both, and I'm a little scared to find out

I keep seeing takes on parot in both s1 and s2 and its like. did we even watch the same series where are people getting these.

also, while dragging others into it is kinda awful, there is literally nothing wrong with sacrificing yourself to try and help people. As long as you understand the risks, idk how anyone can see that as a negative. I want to be able to do that but I'm too darn scared.

Here’s a world building headcannon, usernames are aliases to a certain extent. wemmbu’s name isn’t actually wemmbu and in certain cases people use their names either misspelled or having add-ons and in rare cases people will tell a trusted individual their actual names in a dire situation like when they get banned off the server

Something I've been loving about Spoke recently is that he almost seems to be on the road to redemption. Now, I do still think that a Spoke villain arc IS possible based in the prior episodes and just his general access to the exploits he has, but nowhere near as early as right after king's arc.

He's stil extremely messy, reckless, chaotic, but he seems to have grown a lot more aware of both his current actions and with the consequences of his past mistakes. He does truly care for not just Mapicc, but Zam too, and has resorted to protecting them more strategically rather than his previous "I'd reduce this server to ash" mindset.

I also kind of enjoy how he and Leo swapped places in a way in the midst of their competition. Leo took Spoke's place as the maniacal and desperate side of their opposition, with his actions causing even Jumper of all players to completely turn against him. Spoke took Leo's place as the more adaptive and strategic side of their opposition, truly growing a lot more in tune with himself and- while he's still incredibly frenzied half the time, he isn't as jumbled up as he used to be.

He isn't pursuing Leo purely out of unhinged spite or villainry anymore, and even went out of his way to push his rivalry to the side and play a MASSIVE role in taking out the true villains of the server, Law, playing a similar role to the Mafia alongside Parrot, Wemmbu, Flame, and the rest of their allies.

Could he still very easily go off the deep end and become a villain after all of this is over? We've seen what he's done in the past, the things that he was told by Ashswag and Jamato, so yea, for sure. But do I have a lot more faith in him than I did before? Absolutely.

also, PEAK episode from Parrot. can't wait to see everyone else's pov in finally taking down Lettuce

ok this is super excrutiatingly long, but hear me out. theory kinda shoved in my head already, but also inspired by an actual post I saw.

"Lettuce, you should have kept this between the two of us." Parrot's final line at the end of his most recent video. even after everything that occurred in this episode, this particular line is definitely what caught me off guard the most, and definitely the most symbolic.

Parrot obviously isn’t a normal player. he’s scarily smart. He doesn’t need brute force like everyone else when he has his words. he knows how to twist situations until they break the way he wants, kind of like what Lettuce was going for. and on top of that, he has Spoke, the exploit wielding psychopath of the server right now, and based on what occurred during the MAFIA I don't have a doubt in my mind that the two of them could very well ally against another monarch-led faction. plus he also technically has Flame and Wemmbu, the two strongest players currently based on combat.

Parrot is probably the smartest player on the server right now. smarter than Spoke. possibly even smarter than Directorfies. Parrot knows that there's a way to get Theo back, and he WILL find it. he’s already proven how far he'll go for people he cares about with his sheer determination towards all those prison breaks back in season one, or in his utter desperation throughout the Director arc.

what makes Parrot dangerous isn’t fighting. it’s talking. he knows how to get inside people’s heads. he got both Wemmbu and Flame on his side just by digging into their emotions, making them feel sympathy and even remorse, or making them think they were wrong.

he’s also built really powerful connections already. Spoke likes Parrot because of how Parrot empathized with him back in Capital City, and having the server’s most unhinged player as an ally is pretty terrifying by default. Flame has teamed with Parrot before, and after how much Parrot helped him, it wouldn’t be surprising at all if they allied again, especially against Law. Wemmbu is more of a loose cannon in a way, but they trust each other enough to go after Lettuce together.

the main point is that Parrot has lost more than any other player. the only thing keeping him together is this tiny shred of hope and his natural need to rebel against everything. and where he’s at now, with the leverage he already has? this definitely isn't about becoming king anymore, because this just got extremely personal.

Parrot and avians in general are considered rare, they live in forest villages above the ground, parrot and his jungle village is considered hidden infact he has to get Theo to help him go back to his family for the holidays, their main motto is “If we hide well enough we don’t get dragged into problems” and it’s worked well for avian race for years. Wemmbu and Eggchan once found ParrotX2’s village and wrote the coords down to be petty for parrot during the holidays, wemmbu and Eggchan have everyone’s home villages and towns written down so they can get anyone in trouble with their parents
