Inspired by the last great @basquiatart I wanted to do something more abstract and still represent an face at the same time. Around this time I watch a few of documentaries about him. Never knew he dated @madonna 😂 wow. Well he quickly rose to fame and knew this was his calling. He eventually started to take drugs to keep up his stamina. When working endless on projects. He was regarded as one who had a kind heart. Rest well the young @basquiatart. Lastly his mindset was so advance for his young age. I remember draeing this because for some strange reason I always wanted to drawJAY-Z but wondered how should I draw him? So i saod to myself lets keep it simple. So I went with the iconic Rock Pose. Took me awhile because I wanted to add some deoth to his hands. Not bad for only a pencil drawing. I completed this for my mother but she didnt like it due to she originally asked for a sky blue @cadillac. I ran put of that color paint at the time and everyday I would be on the phone yeah mom its done in you're color you wanted😂😂 man I was dead wrong lying to my mother. Oh well she found out and was mad that it wasnt in blue and gold but man she going to get this one day.
