Guardians of life: The indigenous women fighting oil exploitation in the Amazon

Felipe Jacome’s set of photos Amazon: Guardians of Life documents the struggles of indigenous women defending the Ecuadoran Amazon through portraits combined with the powerful written testimonies. The words across each photograph are a self-reflection of the lives of women, their culture, history and traditions, and especially about the reasons for fighting oil drilling on their ancestral lands. (only 22 left on the world) The Mazaalai bear of the Gobi of Mongolia is a specie of the bear who are only 22 left in the world. This animal is living in the Altai's Southern Gobi of Mongolia. Physically, the Mazaalai is smaller than the brown bear. It lives in hard condition and is in danger of extinction. Should we just let this cute Mazaalai die out?
