Sketchdaily: Fandom Crossovers

After a failed MTG/Yugioh comic, I decided instead to settle on some more familiar ground. So here’s Zim popping the TARDIS with a snap of his fingers.

It was pretty simple overall, though my inability to draw straight lines was again an issue. I’m also horrid at lettering, but I think maybe it came out alright? I think the general effect is alright, though background shading is new to me (and I didn’t have the skill or the patience to draw out the whole library).

This was drawn on much larger paper - so large that it wouldn’t fit in the scanner. That’s why there’s some weird shadow effect, I guess? I think I kind of like it though; adds to an eerier feeling.
