but I just realized that 2016 has probably been the shittiest year of my life.

-PR’d on bench press, did 100 lbs (1 x 4, 2 x 5). Bench weight increases are slow for me because I hate asking for a spot so I stay at the same weight for a long time. -chest fly used 30 lb dumbell instead of 25 -standing dumbell press (havent done these in like 4 or 5 months), used 20 lb dumbells instead of 15 -shoulder shrug, used 35 lb plates instead of my usual 25 lbs
