Hi this is Mei!

First of all, I would like to thank my member of this program and the teachers who supported us devotedly.

I noticed that I was so lucky to be as this group member and also excited of this program before heading to Australia. At first, I was a bit anxious about the living life in Australia. However my thought flew away and changed into a wonderful memory.

Of course I felt that this programs lecture was so valuable for me. We don’t usually study and have a lesson about presentation skills but we focused on those skill in our entire lesson E.G.) voices tone•speed,body language, eye contact and so on

Additionally, the lecture style was totally different compared to Japan. They ask for response during the lecture and prefer to ask some question to the teacher. These experiences were so novelty for me that it had a great influence.

Hi this is Jun.I'm going to write my last tumblor.

I had a very valuable experience through this program.

One of the most important thing I learned was the differnce of Japan and Australia. The Australian teaching style and the economic movement are completely different from Japan, and I really like the open Australian style. I was really interested of a visit to a company. It was my first time to listen and learn about a venture company. They told about how they think, try and fail to success and they also told about the future plan of their company. Their story was very interesting, and through this learning, I got a lot of things that I want to know and learn.

It was not only the univesity that made this program wanderful for me. The members of the class made this program even better and better! I was very anxious before this program started. The reason was that I had never spent a long time with the same members, and I was worried about getting along with most of the people I met for the first time. But I was able to get along with everyone right away, and I'm really glad to be in this class.

I really want to tell thanks to my parents, teachers and my classmates for giving me a really fun and intersting experience that I will never forget!!

Hi! This is Rio’s final tumbler

In this program, I learned a lot of things. For example, studying English and business, the difficulty of living without my family and working with my friends.

First, studying English and business. I studied entrepreneurship in the first class. When I was in Japan, I had never studied about entrepreneurship. So, it was a good experience for me. And I learned about presentation skills. I think I will have a chance to make a presentation in the future, so I want to make use of the knowledge I have learned.

Next, the difficulty of living without my family. I had never lived alone before. After living alone, I realized the value of my family. I wanted to live an independent life even after I returned to Japan.

Finally, working with my friends. I spent a lot of time with the four people in the picture and had a wonderful time. In our dorm, we did a lot of group work for the final presentation. However, Our group tends to lose focus quickly, so we sometimes spent time playing cards and playing table tennis. That was also a good memory. Other than that, these four people had various experiences.

This program was my first overseas trip. Through this program, I was able to learn about foreign cultures and differences from Japan. This made me decide to increase my chances of going abroad and do my best to expand my career.

Hi, this is Hanako, and this is my final tumblr.

Through this program, I had a lot of various experience both of studying and relationships with others. First, about study. I liked the classes in Australia that the level was higher than I expected. This was the first time that I learned business in English properly. I learned about 4P, SWOT, 3Cs, business canvas and so on, in the same way as Japanese. All of the classes were so good and they were satisfying. I enjoyed literally all of the classes, and I think I could improve my English skill and also I got the knowledge of business.

Second, about relationship with others. As class sub leader, I wanted my class to make good atmosphere and get along with so George and I made some plans, and they worked. We spent time together for 3 weeks and our bonds have grown deeper. All of us hung out together most of the weekends. We went to Movie World, Dream World, Gold Coast twice, outlet mall, and we did BBQ every Friday evening. Moreover, we went to the BRISBANE monument only to take the picture above. We really could make good relationship with the classmates and all of the memories with them are going to be my life treasure.

Hi! This is Rio. Today was the final class.

We discussed about our experiences of Overseas EAP program. We looked back at the first day and talked about various experiences. For example, about the best memory and if you go to Australia again, what do you want to do and so on. In addition, we took pictures with our teacher Michel! These were very good. After the class, we went to the graduation party and had lunch. We had a great time.

Tomorrow will be the last day we can play in Australia. So, we will enjoy the last day.

Hi this is Jun!!

Today we had final presentation. Everyone in our group practiced a lot but we were really nervous before the presentation. However, when we start presenting, each one of them was dignified and confident in what they said. I was the last presenter in our group and thanks to my group member I also can give my presentation with confidence. After all we could done our presentation really really wonderfully and we are all be content with today’s presentation! I couldn’t imagine that we can do such a wonderful presentation. Tomorrow will be the last day of school so we want to have a lot of fun!!

Hi this is Mei!!!!

Actually I didn’t know what was happening on campus but it seems to be a special day. They gave us free drink like coffee and ener drink. The energy drink tasters awful so we gave the drink to ryohei who was suspected of corona virus.He seemed so happy to have those and good so I was glad to see him.

Tomorrow wii be the final presentation so we practiced a lot to prepare perfectly for the presentation. I am a bit nervous for tomorrow but I am going to do my best.

Good evening, This is Hanako.

Today, we did a lot of work to make a final presentation. We practiced individually again and again, record, and gave feedback each other. After that, we practiced as groups. Michael, who is our teacher, gave us feedback and we improved our presentation.

We didn’t have class in the afternoon, so we spend our time freely, went shopping, took a walk and so on. I went to the Queen’s street mall and went shopping with my friends.

At night, some groups did group work and prepared for the presentation. Our group did group work too. We searched about the competitors of VYGO. After we finished, we played UNO.

We are going to work hard tomorrow, too.

Hi! This is Rio. Today is 16 days.

We did a lot of group work for the final presentation. Well done, I and Mei made some slides in the class. Hanako and Jun wrote the executive summary. Every member was working very hard because we have to finish by tomorrow. However, We could not finish everything in class. So, we came back to the dormitory and we got together to do group work after dinner. As a break, we played table tennis and cards, and proceeded with group work smoothly. We had a great time. We will do our best tomorrow.

<day16>

Hi, this is Jun.

Today we went to Dream world in Gold coast.

Every time we went out, the weather was bad, and this time it was not sunny and it was chilly. Even in such a cold weather, we had fun playing in pool and water slider. We tried artificial surfing at the pool for the first time and it was so fun that I wanted to try it at the real ocean next time

Next week is the last week of the class, and there will be a final presentation. We will try hard to make wonderful presentation. I want to study and play as hard as I can for the last full week!

Good evening, this is Hanako

Today, we had a school trip to stradbroke island.

We rode a boat to go to the island, and the wind, the sky , the ocean, everything was so beautiful.

On the island, we had fish and chips. It is the traditional food in Australia, and it was so tasty.

After we had lunch, we took a walk a little, and the view was amazing. We walk on the beach, and we really wanted to go into the ocean.

We had such a great time.

Hi this is Mei.

Today is the second Friday night in Brisbane. Every Friday night, we hold a BBQ party but this time we tried into a new attempt that we made such a nice okonomiyaki!!!!!!!!!

However there was an accident that Sota had a serious stomachache. I don’t know why he got hurt but I think he ate something raw. We realized that two week has passed and the time flies so fast that we couldn’t fell how long we stayed in Brisbane. I would like to spend my time useful as possible.

I'm sorry I wrote the tumblr late because I was preparing for the presentation last night.

I researched the Australian animals in the first class. There are many animals that I cannot see in Japan, so it was fun to check them out. But among them, there were some animals I had heard of. In the afternoon, We went to the lone pine sanctuary by bus. I was able to see a koala directly there for the first time. They were very cute. And also I saw the sheepdog.He was so cool and cute. I had a wonderful time there.

Today, we had 2lectures.

In the first lecture, we made a box to promote our company, vygo and plus communities. We learned 4P, which stands for Product, Place, Price, Promotion. In the Front of the box, it has to be about the Product. In the back, it has to be about Promotion, more details of the product. And in the sides, they have to be Price and Place. Place means like a channel or how we use the product. From this workshop, we learned about 4P very easy to understand, and also we learned about our companies more deeply.

After we had lunch, there was a second lecture.

In the lecture, we continued where we left off yesterday, and started to prepared a individually presentation for this Friday.

Today, we learned a lot and it was a fulfilling day.

Today we started to have a lecture about SWOT analysis from Michael and risa. Through our lecture we learned the more specific thing than we did in Japan so it was very interesting and also novelty to us. In risa’s lecture we discussed about our company vygo’s business campas model so we considered it more deeply with my group member.

We also thought about a question to the company and to search the answer by ourselfs. This connects to our critical thinking that we should recongnize assumption • evaluate argument • draw conclusion. I also think it was important to develop using 6critical thinking. For instance,who to say it and what did they say about. However there are a lot of skill to improve our critical thinking so I am looking forward to our next lecture.

Hi! This is Jun.

Today we had second company visit.

First, We heard the presentation of 'Softbank''. Pepper was there and it was so powerful that you could almost believe it was real human.The second company was 'World's Biggest Garbage Sales' and the two women who presented at that time were fascinating and I could listened very well. Each company has its own unique color and way of thinking, and it's intereating to discover something new every time we visit a company.

In the evening, we cooked for ourselves for the first time in a while, but it was difficult for me to do it by myself, so I realized the importance of cooperation.

Today was day 9. I was very tired.

We went to the outlet and bought good products. In my case, I bought shoes. I looked around a lot of shops, but I couldn't decide what to buy. And I ate cheeseburgers and chips at lunch. After that, We came back to our dormitory and went to the artificial beach near our dormitory. We had a good day. Tomorrow is the second company visit. So we will change our mind and study.
