This condominium should look premium due to its prime location within the center of Hong Kong Island. The facade should add more value to the condo. The color scheme or tone should be simple, not too colorful. Here are the color tone that I am interested in.

A bit of gold, grey, black but can have other light color like light green or blue.

here is another idea of the space between my building and the existed building on site, it also create the open corridor and existed building around.

the second reference seems very inspiring, clean but fluid at the same time.

Maybe the pure white abstract volume of the structure on a flat glass surface is not the material reference adequate to yours, but the same concept with different materiality could be quite interesting.
