The first bday I’m actually HAPPY! I use to hate my bdays drastically, and being a depressed ass introvert, I’ve tried to make it so I’d never see another bday again in my past.... It’s truly a blessing that I’m here today. I never thought I’d see this age! It’s amazing what life can bring when you love yourself and when you focus on your happiness instead of trying to please others. If it’s one thing I want to spread awareness to, it’s self love. You can accomplish ANYTHING in life and become ANYONE you want to be if you love yourself, believe in yourself and you live for your happiness and no one else’s. And always remember, just because you suffer from depression, doesn’t mean you can’t control it when you catch yourself becoming emotionally low. You’re NEVER alone!
