This is a set of 5 extra objects to go with the Oh Hanging Maple Leaves from Get Together. I thought the ivy could use some friends. Requires Get Together (duh). Comes in 4 default colours.

This set has been created to build a warm, classy and luxurious strip club or lounge bar, all in velvet and gold. You’ll find everything from wallpapers, doors, fence, stair to bar, stool, seats, lights, panels, room dividers and a lot more ! 38 items in total available in burgandy red, emerald green, navy blue, beige gold, pale pink, black, white and silver.

The stairs have now perfect landing an doesn’t have SSAO shadows issue anymore. The only little bug remaining will be a stretched texture on the 2 tiles width only.
The seat booth and the corner bar are fully functional.
The neon is animated.
Everything is basegame compatible.
Items are optimized: some are low poly, some a bit higher but never more than necessary. Higher items are the : the seat booth (15k), the curtains (13k) and the chandelier (10k).

Custom After School Activity: Basketball Club (First Release of my Basketball Mod)
I know, I know…I promised a lot for my basketball mod, so I shouldn’t be posting this but…
The basketball mod had planned for a lot of features, and I was constantly working on it (while I was modding LOL). For now, the bones of the adult career has finished and all I need to do is to add career gigs, and career rewards, and…more minor features.
So, instead of keep everyone waiting for so long, I decide to upload this as the first release—-Basketball Club, an after school activity your kids and teens and enjoy. As well as some other gameplay features that will match better with the adult career, but oh well.
Anyway, even with this tiny after school activity, I swear I’ve tried my best and tried to make it Maxis-Match and add lots of minor features to make the experience better.

How to install

Just A Rack set FIX
Various fixes for my old set (mainly for pre- and postpatch shadows issues) and eight new pieces of EA clothing made deco (plus a „no shirt” version of Dinner Blazer). I also added “talk to objects” function to clothes (insane sims). Each item (except for the hanger) has at least 2 swatches. New files will overwrite the old ones if you had them in your Mods folder (if you’ve kept the same name).
To place clothes on the rack please activate bb.moveobjects on. Height is already adjusted. The rack is in misc deco and the rest is in clutter, but it’s easier to just search for “flop”.
Credit to @peacemaker-ic for his wood texture I used on the hangers and for helping me out with the ssao problem (tutorial here).

Basement Terrain Trick Photo Tutorial
One of the questions I see most often with newer builders is how to make a walk-out basement, or what to do about the terrain dip around foundation.
Rather than keep trying to explain this method in words, which is probably not very effective, I finally whipped up this little picture tutorial! Sometime I should probably update with examples of this used on real houses.
But for now, hope this will help.
1. Make the shape of your lower (basement) level with walls and sink it into the terrain. You can do it so it’s fully underground, or only part-way if you want windows on your exterior.
2. Make a wall the same height as your house walls for reference, and build a 1x1 half gable roof with the eaves shortened, raised to the same height as the reference wall.
3. Put that sucker in the terrain dip along your house with the wall facing out. Roofs can go on uneven terrain, huzzah!
4. Drag the roof part so that it covers all of the dipped terrain… 1 tile wider than your house.
5. Copy it and do it for all of the edges of your house that will be underground in any way. (Note: if one side will have a walk-out, then you can leave the house wall alone and dig the terrain out in front of it… then just use 1x1 half gables to cover the open edges.)
6. Build your upper level 1 tile wider around so that it lines up with the roof walls.
7. Ta-da! Looks like walls flat against the terrain.
8. You can add windows in your roof walls for looks, unfortunately your lower level won’t actually have the windows for light inside.

Graduate Deco Sims!
This is my newest set of deco sims, which you may have spotted them at Leo’s college graduation! This set is the biggest one yet and includes 4 sims, each with 3 Britechester swatches and 3 Foxbury Swatches. The sims can be found under their names - Hillary Intelligent, John Bright, Elizabeth Smart, and Brad Goodgrades :)
These were actually the first sims I made, so I would like to thank @melonsloth for answering my thousands of questions and helping me through the learning curve!
