A Look Inside LA's U-Mini Burger: spin-off of famed Umani Burger
The owner/founder of Umani Burger, Adam Fleischman, sat down to talk about the difference between his famous, California food spot(s) Umani Burger and his new project, U-Mini Burger, as well as what separates U-Mini from the rest of the fast food restaurants around the City Of Angels. Apparently, the burgers don't lose a single bit of soul or integrity between Umani & U-Mini either- just a little bit of the price. In fact, the 1/4 lb. burgers look so good that you might consider relocating to Los Angeles just to be closer to them.
Up-and-coming Chicago resident, The Holy Ki†, managed to bless us with his debut, full-length project overnight. Entitled NewWavey, the release is everything you would expect from Kit after hearing his singles "Fuck You" & "Profit Prophet" and, to no surprise, is executive produced by Chicago-based production team The-Drum.
With guest slots from The GTW (a production credit) & Jeremiah Meece of The-Drum fame, Kit mans the drugged-out, syrupy rap opus solo dolo. Stream the mixtape right here and grab it via Mediafire. Smoke to it & get #LOWNT. It's the only way to go.
Parisian streetwear brand BWGH (Brooklyn We Go Hard) recently released images from the lookbook surrounding their upcoming fall/winter collection. The "Stonehaven" collection was shot on the same Scottish countryside which inspired the fabrics & colors for the collection. Proper trousers, shirts, jackets & more in beautifully rich earth tones made with the customer looking good regardless of living in a city like Paris or roughing it in the middle of nowhere (like the model above who looks like he's not happy about the weather).
Stay tuned for release dates and peep Hypebeast TV's latest episode of Hypebeast Spaces which just happens to be all about the new BWGH store that recently opened in the Cité de la Mode et du Design. They sit down with brand co-founder David Obadia to talk about the past, present & future of Brooklyn We Go Hard.

Buying a camera: everything you need to know
Cameras are everywhere. There’s one in your laptop, two in your phone, and probably a pair in your tablet that you’ve never used. There’s maybe one in your doorbell, even, or strapped to your head while you bomb the slopes. We’re taking more pictures in more ways and sharing them in more places than ever. Yet most of us use our cameras with the bare minimum of knowledge, just pointing and shooting and hoping for an Instagrammable moment. And even if you’re buying a camera because you’re ready to move beyond your iPhone and take pictures you’ll want to save forever, it’s hard to know what to do.

Weediquette: Kings of Cannabis
You might not know who Arjan Roskam is, but you’ve probably smoked his weed. Arjan’s been breeding some of the most famous marijuana strains in the world—like White Widow, Super Silver Haze, and many others—for over 20 years. In 1992 he opened his first coffee shop in Amsterdam and has since crafted his marijuana-breeding skills into a market-savvy empire known as Green House Seed Company, which rakes in millions of dollars a year. He’s won 38 Cannabis Cups, and has even dubbed himself the King of Cannabis. VICE joins Arjan and his crew of strain hunters in Colombia to look for three of the country’s rarest types of weed, strains that have remained genetically pure for decades. In grower’s terms, these are called “landraces." We trudge up mountains and crisscross military checkpoints in the country’s still-violent south, and then head north to the breathtaking Caribbean coast. As the dominoes of criminalization fall throughout the world, Arjan is positioned to be at the forefront of the legitimate international seed trade.

A charity co-founded by Kanye West is working with a local Chicago church to offer a free music training program to at-risk youth on the city’s South Side. Donda’s House, named for West’s late mother, and St. Sabina Church have teamed up to host “Got Bars?," a 10-week course that will teach students between 15 and 24 to write and record their own music.
