Following their show at tata bookshop/gallery last July, this will be the studio's second exhibition. Launched in August 2022, “khôra 場” is a studio composed of four members: Urot Esak, Chihiro Honda, Toru Kase and ose élavy. In this exhibition, Urot Esak and Chihiro Honda will showcase their artworks, while T-shirts created in collaboration between Toru Kase and VOU will be available for purchase simultaneously. Additionally, books published by the studio last year—Chihiro Honda’s 単位 / cell (YYY PRESS / khôra 場) and The Island, Parts, as well as Urot Esak's image1–1,095 b mod—along with other studio merchandise, will also be on sale. Please take this opportunity to come and see. For this exhibition, Chihiro Honda will present new works, Room #301 and Room #808. As the latest additions to a series driven by an ongoing interest in “boxes,” these pieces will focus on interior spaces. Meanwhile, Urot Esak will present new “pictures” related to memory, continuing the themes explored in last year’s solo exhibition image 253, 449, 665, 1173 b mod (The White / Tokyo, 2025) and the art fair EASTEAST_ (CON_ / Tokyo, 2025). Furthermore, Toru Kase has collaborated with the VOU team to produce T-shirts based on the themes of “ride” and “music.”
