i was 118.6 today i am astonished at how consistent my weight has been that i’m starting to think my scale is broken bc i’m consciously eating a LOT more than i usually do and making myself eat fear foods but i guess i must actually be fueling my body properly for the first time in a very very very long time

i also did not work out today and that is okay bc *i do not need to exercise every single day bc i am no longer a collegiate athlete and am not training for anything besides living a happy and healthy life*

i feel so blessed being able to tell my parents that i’m traveling the entire month of april and them responding with “that’s awesome, laura” and not "and how are you going to afford this?" or just flat out “no.”

#i also told them i'm going to move out soon #i gotta hustle hard but i'm confident i can support myself fully as a freelance photographer #i need to prove to myself i can take care of myself and support myself on my own when my depression takes over #i will be remarkable despite my mental illness #family over everything #i love my job #personal
