24 years old. Has been on the run for as long as he can remember with his twin sister, Céline.

Has this human form as well as his true form. When submerged underwater, he will revert to his true form. Call him a MERMAN. DO IT.

Has been living on the downlow as a secret and private assassin. No one knows what he looks like (only that he gets the job done.)

Faster than his sister. He is strong and durable as well.

Able to poison if he wants.

Genderfluid but goes by male.

"You're the third person that's told me that so far," Reinite quips. "S'pose then it's definitely worth the look. I did sorta walk in there once. Didn't stick 'round much, though."

She scratches the back of her neck, sheepish. "Guessin' I'm a dead giveaway for the sorta clientele that goes through, huh?"

"Must be a sign then."

Constantine found that it was a nice place to work. Especially for a person like him. He's grateful that Dar'khol is a decent boss, too.

"Something like that. You have that look."

"URGH."

At least that was over.

"OH" That's someone they hadn't seen in some time. "DETECTING... CONSTANTINE."

They glance to the side for a moment, seemingly considering something, then back to him as they place a hand on their left shoulder, shrugging it lightly for emphasis.

"IT HAS NOT COME LOOSE."

Did it come across as a simple statement, or praise of a job well done?

"You remember my name," He states with a light chuckle. It's not a difficult name to remember, but still. "Glad it's still in place," he says with a nod. "How have you been? Aching anywhere else?"

"If there's anything else wrong, you can let me know."

"WHY MUST FLESHBAGS FILTHEN EVERY PLACE WITH THEIR FLUIDS."

They only wanted to visit the university's library. They hadn't agreed to seeing a couple making out sloppily in the stairwell.

"Oh...."

What a sight to see this afternoon. Not even Constantine was expecting to see such a thing.

"Hey, you guys mind?" And of course, Constantine is the type to let them know eyes are everywhere. It must have flustered the couple, because they're mumbling something under their breath and getting up and out of the way.

"Been a while. Welcome back," he gives a friendly greeting to the robot.

"Thank you for thinking so♪" He rewarded Constantine for the compliment with a kiss to his cheek. "I don't really remember my first few years, so it's like I'm experiencing it all for the first time." His fingers traced down the page. "Oh, there's me being held by my older brother Sanbi, too."

Youthful, green-haired Sanbi looked so proud to be an older brother, then. It comforted Hiyori to know Sanbi hadn't been resentful of the potential competition for the family business.

"Is there a baby picture of you in yours?"

There's Hiyori's brother. It's cute seeing them like this. Constantine remembers just how much the guy cares for Hiyori, and knowing that she has someone like him by her side, it is a relief.

"How does it feel? Going down memory lane?" Constantine is curious to know what Hiyori is feeling.

And at the question about baby pictures being directed at him, Constantine shakes his head. "I don't think there'd be any, but..." And so, he decides to share what is inside.

"My sister and I were found and adopted by an elderly couple whose granddaughter found us. This is when we were 6." There are pictures of the twins when they were much smaller.

"We've spent about four years with them."

"WAHHHHH! COOL-SAN!!" Sabruo screams before lifting the other up, embracing them with a big hug. Not caring much about the personal space at the moment as the ninja bot nuzzled his face against their cheek.

"I MISSED YOU!! How are you doing!? Did you miss me, too??? Did you had a cool adventure!? I'm not feeling any different than before, just happy to see you!"

He's forgotten how overly friendly the ninjabot is, and of course, he doesn't see it coming. Saburo is quick enough to grab him and give him a hug. It warrants a light gasp of surprise from the bioweapon, and he does attempt to weasel out, but gives up.

"Yeah, yeah. Can you put me down now?"

Clearing his throat when and ONCE he's on the ground, he smooths himself out.

"Well, you're lucky you missed whatever shitshow was thrown our way recently."

"Have you tried visiting Skullrender? That place has a lot of great fighters." He was probably one of them, but he wasn't there to join the people in the ring. His job was to make sure that people stayed OUT of trouble, or they were kicked out.

"It's in Archimedes."

"Couldn't stay away, huh?" Not that Saburo can help it. The Stars had you come and go whenever they pleased. Regardless, Saburo is here now.

"Anything feel different?"

"You're welcome," the Vicountess says as she glances back down at the work in her hands. A seashell, with vibrant pinks, lies next to another shell that is just starting - this one sporting blue-violet hues judging by the threads of floss in her lap.

"I have a spare piece of fabric if you'd like to join me," she offers to the other with that gentle smile of hers. "I'm happy to give advice if you need it."

She tilts her head some at the mention of the other's mother. "Is your mother here with you?"

Constantine looks to her with a kind smile of his own, and after short contemplation, he nods, "How about I give it a go then?"

And at the question of his mother, Constantine shakes his head. "No. She's on a trip to another Kingdom. She will be back in the next month. She would have loved to join you." And then, "What about yourself? Are you here alone?"

"It's something new for this holiday season! I jumped at the opportunity, of course. I lived a past that was somewhat like yours before, and saw a few of your memories in your body... but looking at them laid out like a photo album you can explain to me is something entirely different."

It would be nice to see Céline again. The photos on his phone remained, but there weren't as many as he liked.

She opened her album to the first page and pointed at the top photo. "This was me as a baby being held by my mother! The most wonderful proof that I've always been adorable♪"

Well, quite a few people would call any infant ugly depending on their opinion of babies, but...

There was that time, wasn't there? Hiyori being in his body. Constantine can't even begin to imagine how jarring and uncomfortable that was. They never did really talk about it.

He leans in close to get a better look at Hiyori, revealing her baby self. "You were cute," He says with a nod. "Still are." It isn't often that Constantine saw babies.

"You were so small..."

"Good morning! It's wonderful to spend another Christmas with you. ♪ If you don't have any other plans, I already have something in mind!"

She didn't wait for him to answer. Guiding Constantine to the couch, Hiyori leaned over the backrest and pulled up a medium-sized box wrapped in glossy wrapping paper and ribbon. It was placed on his lap, and she waited expectantly for him to open it. Inside was one of the Marketplace's Picturesque Books, bearing photos of Constantine's past in its pages.

"It's weird that they have photos of some of these scenes, but nevertheless! Happy or painful, I would like to look back on them with you." From a side table, he took up his own Picturesque Book and smiled warmly.

"If your memories are too much, or you simply want to see them, I can show you mine."

"What's in it?" He asks, but it's a question he doesn't have to really. Hiyori is already opening the box, and Constantine, ever the curious guy, watches intently.

"I didn't know we sold these." It's something. He isn't sure if he WANTS to look back. What would they see?

"If you're showing yours, I gotta show you mine," he says with a smile this time. He doesn't want his past shown, but if it's Hiyori...He trusts her. He puts all of his trust into Hiyori.

"Let's look at both of ours. Together."

PERM STARTER CALL

It's been a month and some change now that Constantine has been here with his sis and that means a plotter call! I like to think that Constantine has kind of established himself around some people, but he still needs to meet more people and just you know, overall socialize.

BY liking this post, I'm going to take that as a 👍 to slide into IMS and DMs for plotting reasons of any kind, as well as sending random sponty starters, random memes on memeday, and as well as everything else I can think of! It gives us the mutual understanding that this is going to be fun for both of us and not just for the one character!

Anyhoo, so let's get into it! Down below under the read more is just a list of things I'm looking for with Constantine as well as places you may find him.

Friends- Constantine can probably use these. It's not an easy feat since he is withdrawn and a little closed off. When he does talk, it's hard to keep a conversation, probably. He's not very sociable and probably is the least social between him and his sis. Still, he's loyal to his friends (if he makes any). It just may take some time for him to get used to the idea.

Best Friends - You thought becoming his friend was a challenge? Try becoming someone that he'll put his entire trust in. He only had one person in his life to whom he would put his whole trust and that's Celine. She's probably the only best friend and...that doesn't count because that's his sister! OF course, he's going to feel that way. It'd be nice for him to create a bond strong enough for him to rely on a friend. Maybe it'll give him room to grow!

Enemies - Yeeeeeeeeeeah, everyone's already an enemy in his book unless proven otherwise. This isn't a difficult thing to acquire with Constantine. He'll want to kill you though, so...Hm~! This will be fun to explore.

Something else - I probably am forgetting a whole other list, but if you find something you think may work with Constantine and your baby let me know! I'm always down for more ideas and branching out!

Naminé realizes her mistake - the fact that the other was looking off at something that she was just simply in the way of - and she bows her head some in response. Her blonde hair covers the reddening of her cheeks for just a brief moment.

"Ah, my mistake, I'm quite sorry to disturb you," she says as her eyes flicker to the just started handkerchief in her hand. A hint of a smile tugs at her lips.

"Yes, I thought it might be." Naminé says before she motions to the empty spot beside her. "If you'd like to sit, please feel free to take the space beside me."

"No, you did not disturb me at all." It was only natural that she would have thought he was looking at her! The direction was in the same way, after all.

He's a little surprised next, when she offers the free spot next to her. It would be rude to refuse her offer, and so, with a light bow and a soft, 'well, excuse me,' he takes his seat.

"Thank you," He smiles at her then his attention is back on the work. "I tried to get into it myself when I was younger. My mother is into embroidering."

"These Isles simply are interesting," the blonde lady remarks as she stares at the area around herself. She seems to be speaking to... no-one? Possibly.

Still, she settles herself down on a bench and pulls out a set up project in an embroidery hoop. As she pulls the thread out, the Vicountess recognizes that she's being stared at.

She looks up at the other, and offers a pleasant smile in their direction.

"May I help you?"

The bastard prince hadn't expected to find himself in such a peaceful-looking isle when he was exploring. Yet, surprises were everywhere. How could he have passed up the opportunity to visit a floating island on top of an island after all?

This place doesn't seem as dangerous as the world he's hailed from. Every time he looks out upon the sea, he is reminded of the sea monster that would terrorize every 10 years. Up here, if the attack happened, the people residing at this high of a place wouldn't be safe either, he'd imagined.

He hears a voice and notices that he was looking past the lady sitting and embroidering. Clearing his throat, his eyes focus on the woman, and he bows politely, "My apologies. I was simply enjoying the view." He takes note of the task at hand,

"A wonderful place to embroid." It's quiet, peaceful, and the breeze feels nice.

"Thank you ♪ I'll gladly accept the compliment as much as you're willing to repeat it," Hiyori said, face flushed happily as he was drawn up the stairs. "I can't say this is all thanks to you when so much of it was my hard work, but I feel much more at ease when you gaze at me like that."

She'd never worn a dress to a formal party before. On a date or two, or out and about in the Swirling Gulf here and there... but something like tonight felt like much more of a statement. This was exactly the sort of place she'd shock her parents half to death in.

With his free hand poised at his chest, he explained, "My bodyguard looks very much like my guardian angel tonight. Pure white is a handsome look on you."

Constantine's expression softens at her words. "Well, you are the only one I see." And therefore, she'd have his UNDIVIDED attention.

Now, when Hiyori's the one to compliment him, Constantine feels the tip of his ears redden. Oh, he feels shy. He clears his throat and is about to say something else, but the sight of the indoors takes his words away.

He's left, only staring in awe, but he's quick to catch himself, then turns his attention to his lover.

"You'll have to lead me around, Hiyori." It's an excuse for him to stick right by Hiyori's side!
