If 5/29 is Konnyaku day ("Go Ni Kyuu" in Japanese), so we can celebrate this day as Uzu's birthday. While 3/31 - Oranges and Lemons day as Ryuko's birthday lol. Sorry I'm being crazy orz.

Yes they are!!

But you need to have an address in Japan (you can ask a shop in your country that have), and there are double time of shipping (1st time: seller’s adress => your address in Japan, 2nd time: Japan => your country). The book costs 1000 yen, I can’t tell shipping costs in Japan (the shop I asked in Osaka, so it’s 450 yen)
