Challenge! EAT
my biggest problem is that I am a picky eater.
I am allergic to some fruits. due to being forced to eat those anyway while I was younger, I stray away from most fruit even now, because I fear my body’s reaction
however! I am going to challenge myself to try and eat some foods that I normally stray away from. I am starting my diet and want to have a wider plethora of healthy snacks. (if anyone has any tips, please let me know!)
