like to me. they 100% designed davrin to be the alistair and cullen of veilguard. he's incredibly gorgeous and hot. hot voice too. has that whole tortured "i should've died" arc. they gave him that little turkey pet. the way he flirts with rook makes my toes curl. he has that fanservice workout scene

if davrin were not black i feel like ppl who couldn't get into veilguard would be into it bc they have another white warrior man to fixate on

I'm bored at work and we had been talking in the Stormhedge discord about another fantasy/mythology AU where Lyonel is some sort of faun or satyr, but instead of Dunk being a hapless normal human (even though he is perfect for that), he's a dryad bound to his beloved elm tree 💚 So I decided to doodle them after having not picked up a pencil in like 3 years 😅

Sad I can't paint these (Dunk has green skin in addition to his leaf hair!), but alas, they are on crappy printer paper 😂
