Not to be a trans bitch, but it’s cissexist to change certain body parts to become more “feminine” or “masculine”. Side effects of certain hormones such as estrogen or T are okay. But sex reassignment surgery is not.

One of the biggest decisions next to transitional sugrery about being trans is changing your name to fit your gender. However, I've decided that I'd rather keep it until I'm ready, if that day ever comes at all.
