This photograph by Celia D. Luna depicts Imilla Skate, an all-women Indigenous skateboard crew based in Cochabamba, Bolivia. The collective, formed in 2018, seeks to reclaim their identity by skateboarding while wearing traditional Bolivian "pollera" skirts. Their attire, which also includes bowler hats and long braids, represents power, respect, and reverence for Andean culture rather than a historical limitation. The group was founded as a "cry for inclusion" and to provide a safe space for young Indigenous women to practice extreme sports. [
