Absolutely brutal move on Brennan's part to have Aranessa ask Thaisha if "he" had been reborn yet, at a time with so many people recently dead, and for Aabria to hear to that ambiguity and have Thaisha either assume or outright choose that it was Thjazi she wanted to talk about. When, even more recently, Raimond Davinos was slaughtered, AND the rest of their houses, and those fates are apparently of less consequence to My Lady Aranessa, who is still worried about Thjazi fucking Fang. RIGHT in front of Julien's salad (room-temperature shitty dwarven ale).

Thaisha and Julien opening scene!! They did this for me!! love them i was waiting for them, and we got our three gorgeous dms at the table! There was so much tenderness in that short scene, aranessa and julien are so torn down and thaisha does her best to help them and tell them they need to care for themselves
