Empress Galaxia

Empress Galaxia was an ordinary Unicorn, but her gift rivaled that of the Alicorns in her age. One such Alicorn, the Emperor of Olden Equestria, Cosmos, realized this and wedded Galaxia. The marriage was out of necessity at first; Cosmos needed an heir and Galaxia was the most suited pony to birth a powerful Alicorn. Soon, however, after Celestia was born, Cosmos' heart softened and he grew to love Galaxia deeply. Their love was grand, unheard of for an Alicorn, but beautiful and strong. Galaxia loved both of her daughters, Celestia and Luna, but sadly passed away when Luna was just a filly who could barely walk. Celestia mainly got her looks from Galaxia, while Luna gained her mastery of the stars.

Fun Fact: Galaxia had a sister who was the sole ruler of another Empire.

Alignment: Neutral Good

technically Galaxia and Cosmos are fan-made characters, not canon to the show. however, I like the idea of them so much that I put them into my au.

AI companies are quietly obtaining rare books, ingesting their contents, and then destroying them -- even if they're exceedingly rare.

they've had to face settlements against stealing from current authors, so they'll just go for the old books now. they're also doing this so they have the only copies of rare books.

they're taking water, power, natural resources for their data centers. they steal. they're book burning, essentially. i'm just so angry, i'm at a loss right now.
