Black Widow Queen - Vectorman 2
The spawn-mother of the space bug army and the final boss of the game. She's a giant spider, but her six legs are coming out of the abdomen instead of the head/cephalothora- there's a giant hominid brain in there, we're clearly already in Weird Space Mutant territory!
Unfortunately she doesn't really do much other than shoot fireballs, turn her head towards you and move her legs around to knock you off the nearby platforms, making her a rather underwhelming final boss. But she does have style, and an invincible carapace, even if it can be subverted by that giant exposed weakpoint.
She does appear early if you lose, being featured on the Game Over screen, and she's the only character in the game other than VectorMan himself that has voicelines. She likes to yell "Surrender!" and "Destroy!" a lot.
