An apology to my followers

Hey! So... I guess I kind of disappeared for a bit? And just after I've passed 700 followers, too. Sorry, guys. You're very nice to me, and I feel bad for going off the radar like that.

TL;DR I felt guilty for not being able to provide more art. I know that's why most people are subscribed to me, to see me draw more stuff. But the truth is, it really doesn't come easy to me. I kinda get powered by riding hese waves of occasional drive. And when that wave ends, I'm left really unmotivated and uninspired. Which I know is a terrible strategy for the rest of my life, but, yanno. I'll burn that bridge when I get to it.

So yeah, I felt bad for even using Tumblr because it just reminded me how I can't provide what the people expect of me, and it was more stressful than fun, so I went quiet. And now that 3rd year of uni is starting, I'll actually be even more stressed from now on, so I'm not sure when I'll be back to properly being active on here. I should probably at least try and get into reblogging stuff again, just because avoidance makes me feel even worse.

I won't stop drawing, of course! I just need a bit more time. I hope it's okay with everyone who's subscribed for art :)

Where are all these "JJ is evil" theories coming from?

I keep seeing people divided into two sides - ones who think he's evil, and ones who think he's not - and I'm confused. Where did this question even arise?

Is it because he's potentially a "puppet"? That's not being evil, that's being controlled. Anti most likely posessed him in his very first video. Which wouldn't be JJ's fault, of course. Heck, the entire community can potentially be called "puppets" since Anti is using us to power up with all that attention.

Is it because JJ has potentially killed someone? Until we know for sure - and until we know the context - it's too early to say. Chase has committed a mass shooting - people still consider him "good." Henrik has let patients die because "they're not patients to him, they are problems needed to be solved" - most people consider him good as well. I think it's early to judge JJ until we know for sure.

So why the sudden influx of theories about him being evil, I wonder?

These are 16th century Renaissance inspired hotpants, panelled with navy velvet with a red silk lining and hand-embroidered butt slogan, which I believe is like 300% historically accurate. They’re actually modelled off a genuine Tudor pattern but then made ridiculous because who am I.

Worn with thigh highs and a 18th C shirt cuz it was all I had to hand and frankly shirts don’t change that much lol.

I didn’t get to finish my art for the Kill Jacksepticeye anniversary yesterday because of the fire, so here it is!

I’ve been watching tons of Jack’s old indie horror game videos, so I was really in the mood to do something creepy. I’ve never done a lot of digital art or photo editing, but I figured out how to use layered transparencies to put the heart beat in the background, so it turned into a cool mix of traditional and digital art that I really enjoyed making!
