i need to stop feeling like i’m being ignored on puropse because it feels like that is the case, but i know it’s not intential, or at least, that is what they say when the finally get back to replying to me, but god does it feel like i’ve done something wrong when you know the person replies back to others quickly. like i don’t care the speed but a week? or more? what did i do?

it also fucking sucks when you say ‘hey, i can do this too.’ to let everyone know but no one fucking does it with you so you just fucking feel left out

the reason i don’t ask for help is because when i do no one listens, so i learnt to shut my mouth, and keep it to myself to the point where i don’t know what i need help with anymore. i ask for someone, anyone, to just talk to me, to distract me, watch something with me and nothing, so i don’t reach out because i already feel unwanted, so i just bottle that shit up, so no one can see

you just love it don't you? love bottling up all those feelings, pushing them aside because it's for the better, or you feel like you don't deserve to feel it. you love just pushing it all down, then wondering why days, weeks, months later after you've pushed way too many things down that you break. you break down crying and you think it's over nothing, over some thing so small and not important. you break down because you don't know how to talk about how you feel. you prefer to shut yourself off, you prefer going silent. even that anger you feel, you bottle that shit right up because you don't want to bother anyone, or hurt anyone else. because that isn't right. but that anger, it comes out, but not at anyone but yourself, or your favourite things. on things you worked so hard on, you tear it up because now, in that split second - it's stupid. it's pathetic and all that hard work was for nothing. it's all bottled away until you crack and you can't pinpoint why, because it's everything. when asked you just say it's just one of those days - but it's been one of those days for days, weeks, months. you're just tired of keeping up that smile because you can't hold it up anymore.
