HI I HAVE FOOD TO SPARE AND ITS TSUKITSURU,,,

There was this one piece I learned about in my art appreciation course called The Ecstasy of Saint Teresa, seeing it and knowing the context of it I just HAD to redraw it for Tsukitsuru

The piece is depicting a journal entry from a woman who described what she saw in her dreams — she gets struck with an arrow of faith that gave her both ecstasy and pain, and from then on she was devoted to God,,

Seeing that and seeing Tsukitsuru’s dynamic.. a WHOOOOLE lot of pain, maybe a bit of pleasure here and there and a LOT of devotion, see what I mean…

Just yapping about my college/university AU golden kamuy brain rot,,,

Dropping these doodles here but tbh I probably will make updates versions in the future

Asirpa’s a dual enrollment student who’s also skipped past middle school and landed straight into high school bc that’s funny asf, Wilk brags about that EVERY chance he gets

Wilk owns an Ainu cuisine restaurant and she works there, everyone stops by there often and Sugimoto works there as a busboy, Kiroranke works there occasionally too but also teaches Ainu & Russian history at the university…

They often stop by the diner for the club Asirpa owns where she talks about Ainu culture

Shiraishi eats at their diner but never can afford their food (he’s gambling ALL his cash away) so he’s always forced to work there to pay for the food, it’s gotten to a point where people think he genuinely DOES work there (imagine he’s elbow deep into his food and someone taps him on the shoulder asking about their order..)

Ogata’s a tutor for some extra money and for TOOOTALLY not SugiO related reasons he tutors Sugimoto amongst the bunch, and they definitely had an enemies at first sight thing the first day of the tutoring because Ogata sounded too critical and mean and ofc Sugimoto’s not a man to sit and take that, but ofc he still NEEDS the tutoring lessons so he keeps attending anyway

Vasily is a transfer student from Russia, he’s going in for another degree (not sure what just yet) but he’s taking as many Art courses as he possibly can..
