Hello A3 nation, I am a new A3! fan who is way too obsessed with Juza and Juban and honestly just A3! as a whole...

This is a new account, and I don't use social media too much as a whole, so I'm not that good at this stuff. But I'll try to keep reblogs confined to the #reblog tag (with my own custom text in the tags) & my own art confined to #a3fanart & the like.

Not sure how active I'll be, but I want to try to post more sketches/smaller works in addition to finished rendered pieces. Those will likely be tagged with #sketch or a similar tag.

If I ever write A3! fics, I may do a post about them here, but we'll see.

I've only been using markers for like a few days but holy shit I'm addicted and I literally love using them so much more than digital to an extent These cards and the words and meanings that come along with it really do hit in my heart, and I'm so glad and so proud of Juban for the growth they've gone through. Wolf and Zero!!!!! AHH I love them so much, this took a few days for me to finish, but it turned out very nicely, and I'm glad I kept the background in.

Wip & more thoughts below the cut!

I originally planned to make the drawing Taichi & Omi in their stage outfits, and you can see that in the expressions I chose, but when I was doing the background, I knew I wanted it to be a sunset on the beach, and it felt too dramatic for them.

I ended up switching over to Wolf & Zero, changing Wolf/Omi's expression & Zero/Taichi's whole pose to try to fit the background, cuz I fell in love with the colors of it and really wanted to continue using it for this piece.

Anyway, I hope/plan to do illustrations for all of the akigumi plays (they are so amazing, and I love each and every one of them). I might even do some for other plays I love, but we'll see.

I basically gave up for a few months cuz of uni & getting bored of the piece, but I returned to it later after some friends encouraged me to finish it. I'm so glad I did; this ended up being my first finished a3 piece, and I'm still pretty proud of it, haha

I'm actually really new to a3, which is crazy because now that I'm finally getting into it, I can see the eng fandom is kind of dead / not as abundant as it used to be. Still, I'm really glad to have found a3, and I really feel like it's a game full of love for all the characters.

I didn't plan to go back on Tumblr after starting an acc on bsky & deleting some of my old Tumblrs, but there's so much translation content on Tumblr that I wanted to at least make an acc to view the posts before saying fuck it I'll just try Tumblr again and here we are now.
