“Hm....how bout a place where we can safely test these powers, without hurting anybody. How about that place?” Dia pointed to the forest by the lake.
“Aren’t you a bit curious as to what we can do?”

She sighed. “I’m kind of just hoping this is a dream and maybe I’ll wake up in a moment. Usually when I dream about being super strong it only results in good things.” Maybe I should stop telling people I dream about having super strength.
“Haha, unfortunately I know for certain we aren’t in a dream. I used to be a dream analyst before I moved here so I would know one if I was in one. Plus we just got hurt a whole bunch just now, if that didn’t wake us up, I don’t know what would.”

“Well I guess I don’t need to go to the gym anymore.” When I said I wanted to be kickass I didn’t mean like this.
Radi was upset that their ‘date with destiny’ was screwed up by some weird magical phenomenon. “I’m just glad I’m not the only one...what do you think is the cause of all this?” I thought I was already done with this stuff once I left Reve, it looks like it followed me here, huh. Typical.

“I don’t know what the fuck is going on or why you’re insisting that I’m overweight but, what the fuck is going on with everything today???????”
She put Dia on the ground, and then brushed herself off. I feel like there’s an elephant on my back.
I need a vacation.

“T-Thanks for helping me up, uh, down I mean...you know what I mean! Here let me help you with that.” Ok, I think I’m getting a hang of these weird ass powers now. Radi concentrates and returns Jackie’s gravity force to normal.
“I’m no detective or anything but I think we have superpowers or something. You have super fucking strength and I have some weird gravitational shit. I want to find some answers.”

Her legs sank into the ground as the cement cracked below her. Ok I know that wasn’t on me.
“Ok I don’t know what’s going on here but I’ve had enough weird shit for one day” Jackie pushed herself back up from the ground. She then went over to Radiance and grabbed onto her shoulders lifting her effortlessly out of the ground, a little too much.
“H-How did you get out so easily you must weigh more than 1000 pounds right now...” Maybe if I can concentrate I can make myself light again. Oh! I think I can lift myself up now. She noticed she was already being lifted up. Wait. That’s...not me...
“Jackie! W-wait I can do it myself. woah WOAH SLOW DOWN I’m alreaDY- AHHHHH”
She didn’t know that lawyers could fly, but I’m sure she believed it now.

SHIT DID I DO THAT? “Oh my god are you okay???” Jackie held out her hand to help pull her up.
“W-Wait no noNNO don’t reach for me!”
In her panic Dia manages to increase the gravity on Jackie as well and the pavement under her starts to crack and eventually gives way.
Great now we are both stuck in the fucking ground.

Ok just calm down, nothing weird here, just pretend you’re extra strong today and not super strong. She pressed the doorbell as lightly as possible, enough things were already broken today.
“Coming Jackie! Just wait one second!” Just think of something very calming..like waterfalls...ice cream... Slowly Dia was getting closer to the door but there were already beats of sweat trailing down her face. It took a lot of effort to move her body while a heavy force of gravity was upon her.
Just act normal everything will be ok. Radi opens the door.
“H-Hey Jackie! Sorry I took so lo-”
She couldn’t even finish her sentence when the ground broke under her and half of her body sank into the ground. ....fuck.
“Ahhh I’m so excited to go to the gym with Jackie. I hope nothing terrible happens.” Jackie was going to pick her up in a couple minutes, so Radi was almost ready to go. “I just need my keys...” She extends her arm towards the keys when...
They start to float in midair.
“W-WHAT THE ACTUAL FUCK?!” She reaches up for them when she herself starts floating in the air. “AH! How did I??”
“J-Just calm down Dia....don’t panic.” With that instant she’s suddenly on the ground again, keys in hand. Just when things were about to get better the door bell rings.
Shit, Jackie... Radi tries to move to get the door but she can’t seem to budge. It was like her whole body was 10x heavier. Gravity’s going all bonkers on me, what the hell is going on?
Event: Magic Switch Up!! 8/2 - 8/8

Okay!! We’re a tiny group but this hopefully goes smoothly!
This first even is going to run a week and what’s happening is all magic users are going to lose all their magic power! No more magic for a week!
In contrast, all non magic users suddenly gain magic!! So if you wanna draw your character in some SWEET fantasy get up go for it!!
The event starts tomorrow, so from 12 am on wards magic powers are flipped!

Hm it will take me a bit of time, but I’ll gather what I have on some of them tonight and give you files in the morning. I’m sure Reve hasn’t gotten rid of all of his former team. Hopefully that will also get us leads.
....I know you are rushing to find out what’s going on. Frankly, I don’t think I could wait longer either. But we can’t do anything rash, if Reve finds out that I’m helping you, who knows what will happen to Lucy. So just be careful, alright?
Besides what I’ve already told you, no. As it stands, we’ve only been speculating. We need more information from people involved. Perhaps we could try tracking down the criminal that shot my friend. Maybe then we’d get some answers.
