#I miss them so much #Epecially scott #He's is the best. It's been way too long since we've seen him.
I don't particularly care for Tessa's constant commercial posts so a new picture of Scott would really be amazing

Scott Moir Skating Skills Appreciation Post
In honor of Scott’s birthday, I finally finished a gif thread on why I believe he has the best skating skills of all time (including all 4 disciplines) and why he’s the greatest male ice dancer of all time. The thread is here on twitter and I’m posting it on tumblr now as well.Â
I’m starting off with gifs I was able to fit under the tumblr limit of 3 MB, while still being 540p in width. So first up is Scott circling Tessa with a spread eagle in the Farrucas opening.
Next we have Scott’s besti squat transition in Prince.Â
The ice coverage and speed on Scott’s outside to inside spread eagle in Latch is INSANE. Gif credit to @viikarious
My favorite display of skating skills is Scott’s footwork into double twizzle at the end of the Moulin Rouge circular step sequence. Usually double twizzles in ice dance step sequences look like they’re there to fulfill requirements, but this is difficult, unique, and fits the character of the program perfectly.Â
In Moulin Rouge, Scott circles Tessa during a spread eagle similarly to Farrucas. This Nationals version is also my favorite variation of this move from all the Moulin Rouge performances. Scott raises his arm during the spread eagle and completely lets go of Tessa. Tessa does four rotations with her arm extended.Â
In the Moulin Rouge circular step sequence, Scott does a spread eagle as Tessa does her double twizzle.Â
At the Olympics, Scott added a seamless spread eagle to ina bauer transition before their dance spin in Moulin Rouge.
Grand Prix Final 2017 was the only time we saw this version of the Moulin Rouge diagonal step sequence, but Scott’s skating was absolutely beautiful in it.Â
The GPF Moulin Rouge curve lift also really allows you to see how deep the curve Scott makes is. While other guys look like they’re struggling in lifts, Scott is casually singing the lyrics to “Come What May.”
Midnight Blues is my favorite pattern dance that Tessa and Scott have done. Look at Scott’s difficult entrance into the pattern, how he seamlessly goes from being in hold with Tessa to pointing out to the audience/judges, and how their lines match perfectly.Â
Scott goes from spread eagle position to one foot in the Seasons straight line lift. What’s most impressive is how Scott changes the position of his free leg from back to front in perfect unison with Tessa.
Scott’s spread eagle exit from the synchronized twizzles in Seasons.
Scott’s spread eagle in the Dream a Little Dream of Me opening.
The footwork in the Latin medley free dance.
In the Pink Floyd serpentine lift, Scott changes both curves and positions. In curve 1, he is in a spread eagle position. In curve 2, he is on one foot.Â
Scott’s outside spread eagle to inside besti squat in Valse Triste at their senior world championships debut.
