What's Wolf's Rain??

Wolf’s Rain is probably the first anime I fell in love with. It’s one of the early works of the Bones studio, that delivered other anime like: Full Metal Alchemist, Noragami, Boku No Hero Academia and…Bungou Stray Dogs. I MEAN. 

Speaking of the plot: “There is an old legend that speaks of a hidden paradise on Earth, a paradise which only wolves can find. And while thought to have been extinct for hundreds of years, wolves indeed still walk the Earth…hidden among mankind. Now, a group of outcast wolves set out to find Paradise. Kiba, Hige, Toboe and Tsume, each wolf is driven by their own personality and desires, but together they are pursued by humans seeking to quench their own thirst for power. A difficult and long journey lies ahead, but along with Blue & with Paradise waiting to be found. And if they can’t find it during the next full red moon, it’s over for all humans and wolves alike”.

You will follow the epic journey of Kiba, the protagonist (which is voiced by a veeeeery young Mamoru Miyano), and all the other wolfs towards the gates of paradise, guided by a very special “flower”. It’s beautiful, and angsty, and painful AS HELL, but, believe me, it’s very very worth it.
