Since I claim to be an artist, I suppose I should show you guys my latest work xD this is called "Feathers of War." It's actually for my mom for Mother's Day. You may not be able to tell but I'm actually part Native American and my mother takes a lot of pride in that heritage. Each of the large feathers that have been altered stand for something that happened to a warrior in battle (the large red feather is included in that).

So it's almost my Boyfriend and Mines 2nd anniversary (years just to clarify) and I don't know what I should do for him aside from getting him gifts...I really wanna do something special for him. Any ideas?

So let me tell you a story. I work in an “Entertainment” store, and before you ask no I’m not a hooker >.> it’s called Hastings and we sell everything from books and comics, to movies, to shot glasses and magic the gathering cards. I work in the books department, which I love a lot to be honest. Well anyways here’s the story: So I get a call on the phone from a customer, I know because they announce it to the entire store so that if your not at your desk (which I wasn’t because of the massive amounts of books I had to stock) you know to go and answer. Of course I answer and a guy in a raspy voice comes on the phone. He sounds like he’s maybe in his late 30s early 40s and asks me if we have any magazines called housewives. I look in the system and nothing comes up, so I try a few other methods of searching and again nothing comes up. I tell him I can’t find anything and he says that he thinks it’s called Desperate Housewives, so being the naive and unassuming person I am, I look that up too, again in several different ways. But once again there is nothing that comes up. I tell him and he says “oh well it’s, you know, like a porno mag.” A little gross and uncomfortable but whatever. I tell him that it would show up in our system regardless of what it’s content is, and he says “well can you just go check for me?” So I oblige, reluctantly, and go look, and of course, we don’t have this said porno mag. I tell him and they guy hangs up, so I go back to stocking books. Maybe 20 min later another book call comes and I go to my desk. I answer and it’s the same pervy guy only this time he’s speaking in a hushed raspy voice… He asks me “do you have a book called Desperate Housewives?” I’m going to remind you that if we had anything by that name, it would have come up when I searched earlier. Anyways, I search it just to be completely sure for him, and of course nothing. I tell him and he asks if I know of anything like said title, and now his voice starts rising and falling with what he says. I say we have a sexuality section with books that go along with sex and that if he would like he could come in and look at them. When I say that he quickly says “Okay, than…” And cuts off as he hangs up. Pretty sure I had an old guy jack off to me telling him I can’t find him his perv book…oh the joys of retail
