thanks, i’ll need all the luck i can get to wrangle these fuckers for an entire summer. they’re just as unpleasant as i remember them to be, those years. you can put shaving cream on my face instead, if you like. although, i prefer whipped cream. you wouldn’t get an ulcer from licking that off my face.

i doubt it. think i’ve gotten stuck with a group of nocturnals this year, which is just a blast. i’m sure it comes from hormones and self exploration, but i’m already very tired of it. haven’t got the time to claw my way out of my cabin every day. i usually shave in the mornings, and you’re welcome to come watch. we could have a slumber party.

—while i treasure the innocence of kids and all, some of these little shits deserve a knock in the head. first, i woke up with shaving cream slathered all over my face, and then when i went to hunt down the culprit, i realized that every exit to my cabin was meticulously saran wrapped. windows and all. as a result, i was late to my activity and reprimanded for being tardy. i will find them, and i will choke them out with their own damn macaroni necklace.

omg hi I’m Jo and this is Vanessa hi!! I’m sorry I disappeared yesterday I fell asleep (happens a lot just so you know) honestly can’t wait to talk to and plot with y’all but here’re some facts about Vanessa just because:

her parents divorced when she was a baby and she lives with her dad;

her mom is an art critic so that’s that

she has an olympus camera (such 70s) and it’s her most prized possession

wanted to go to camp because beautiful landscapes obviously

she’s just the biggest art nerd tbh
