Hello everyone! I have some great news to share. I would like to announce...
Vanessa/Vanny Week 2025 (aka Vanweek25), a week long celebration of all things Vanessa/Vanny! It will run from September 7th to the 13th.
The rules for this week are practically identical to Vanweek for the most part. There are several different prompts everyday, but you DO NOT have to do them all.
Also you are allowed to create stuff in advance if you do not think you will be able to create something for a prompt on the day of that prompt. This does mean you can create something a month in advance for, say day 5, and just post it on day 5. This has been done to prevent people from stressing themselves out making something on the day that thing has to be released.
In fact, you DO NOT have to try and do a prompt everyday if you do not want to. If you want to make something for just 1 day, that is perfectly fine. Feel free to do whatever you would like with the prompts. The only thing each creation needs to have is Vanessa/Vanny!
Be sure to tag your work (if possible) with "vanweek25" and tag this account @vanessaverse-official if you decided to make anything.
This event, always, is meant to be a fun experience for all involved, which means that works should try not to include anything considered taboo. If your work includes any phobias or extreme gore, PLEASE be sure to tag appropriately.
You are also not restricted to doing just art or writing, other mediums are allowed.
When you do make something, be sure to include the day it is for as well as whether it's for the WORD or THEME in the tags or description. This will make archival and future viewing of these works easier.
Again, be sure to tag your work (if possible) with "vanweek25" and tag this account @vanessaverse-official
Also try not to release whatever you've made until the respective "day" (i.e. release a story made for day 2 on day 2, no later, no earlier)
Any work released on AO3 will be archived on this collection as well.

A duo that, truly, is highly underrated and overlooked by the vast majority of the fandom. Though itâs not really their fault.. simply not a lot of people know their existence or truly understand the beauty and uniqueness of it.
So.. why donât we fix that?

Doublestar duo, Binarystar duo, 3 star fam, 2 star fam, whatever you may call them, this week is about celebrating the iconic duo of Vanessa and Gregory! While many events for these two individually have been held in the past, we thought it was high time that these two got a little taste of getting to share the spotlight together
So we are here to give you just that!
As you can see, each individual day has its own special theme, specifically catering to different aspects of this duo that simply make them who they are. And while we wanted to make sure to tackle as many canon aspects as possible, we also left room for the wonderful creativity that comes from fanon!
But of course with every major event, you gotta have rulesâŚ
Trust me, we understand that rules can be such a drag sometimes.. and the last thing we want is to be the fun police! But donât worry, weâre not gonna bite your head off. We want everyone that wants to participate to get the chance to! So just.. play nice and weâll get along ok? âşď¸
And now that thatâs outta the way, youâre probably wondering âhow do I participate?â (Or maybe not, these events have been done many times before lol)

âGregtober is only one more week away again, can you believe it?! It's been a whole year since the last round, and what a wonderful little time everyone who'd participated had! The Helpy Staff wanted to give all of our wonderful participants a little countdown before we actually kick it off on October 1st (ďžÂ´ăŽÂ´)ďž*:ｼďžâ§

Vanessa and Gregory visit a local Comic-Con, decked out in their best PokĂŠmon cosplays that they worked on hard together. The con itself is a blast, and they begin to do all sorts of fun shopping and sightseeing, but Gregory regrets convincing her to enter the cosplay contest with him. Why? Well, despite how mouthy and confident he may come across, he's terribly stage fright.
However, Vanessa's determined to help him brave the stage. They can have fun and do this well, if they do it togetherâŚright?

I know this is late, but here's my contribution to Vanweek 2025! I'm glad I could finally participate, as I've meant to for the past several events, but never had the motivation.

Probably the last thing you expected. Whyyy would Vanny comfort ANYONE..
Bc of Vanny and Rab being stemmed from the mindsets of Greg and ness (my interpretation remember), their own connection seeps into their darker egos, making it to where despite these two rabbit idiotsâ pettiness and insistence that they will murder each other in their sleep, they literally just.. canât bring themselves to hate each other.
An untapped connection that bypasses even the strongest hold of a malignant entity.
They donât remember, but the universe does đâď¸âď¸
This is probably the only submission I'll be making. I will try to submit more for the earlier days I missed, but no promises.
Context: Right after security breach, after the 3 star ending, Vanessa apologizes to Gregory. He's hesitant but he forgave her begrudgingly, since comforting her is priority (even though he is slightly uncomfortable). Meanwhile, Freddy finds the situation touching and adorable.
Afterwards they eat ice cream on the hill :3
I got lazy with the background, rushed it because I did this TODAY for 2 hours straight, and I used no references whatsoever.
The hair dye doesn't make sense timeline-wise but I already added it and I'm keeping it in.
Letâs just pretend nothing bad will happen in the second movie and the worse thing to worry about is Mikeâs awful baking skills /j
I love this little found family. Had to give some love to movie!vanessa too, I donât pay as much attention to her often but I assure you she has my heart too. (And her dynamics with the Schmidt siblings will be my undoing đŤđ)
So.. I guess the other choice was made.. guess he chose to listen to Freddy after all. Rest in pieces Vanny.

Vanweek day 3- bad ending nightmare
Yea no never in a million years would I EVER consider that ending an alternative. The only way I accept it at all is if itâs a childâs nightmare of what may have happened. But it didnât actually. Sheâs alive. Sheâs ok. Sheâs right there.
And yes, he definitely stayed with her that night. đ
