(Dont know if I'll be RPing via mobile tonight or not. Had yet another really terrible lack of sleep because my parents are using power tools and sledge hammers all day while remodeling their bathroom. I think I managed to get five hours total of broken up sleep. *flops*)

After waiting for the assistant to whisper into the priestess' ear, and gain the nod of approval, Vanille finally skipped back over to Freya.
"Okay," she whispered to her new friend, "They think you're Snow's personal shopper. There just gathering a pair of guards for us. We can head over to the doors and wait for them before we leave." She paused for a moment. "There's just one place we're not allowed to go to- the Warren. That's the slums. I'm never allowed to go there."
"Wow…. this place is freaking gigantic too." Freya whispered her herself, looking up at the cathedral. She couldn’t tell which was taller, this, or...

Vanille winked at Freya just before she hopped over to the priestess' assistant and whispered her request into her ear, so as to not interrupt the sermon.
(Ahhh now the high temps on Sunday for Indy Comic Con are in the low 30s.... I was really hoping it would be warm enough to cosplay Aerith [since I went to all the trouble of getting that cosplay ready in time...] Soul Evans it is then. I'll have to break out the creepy red contacts for the first time muahaha...)

"Okay! It's settled then, you're my new friend, Freya," Vanille replied with a warm smile. "So, since you're new to Luxerion, is there anything you wanna know about the city? I might even be able to give you a little tour, if you want. I just have to clear it with the high priestess, but so long as I've got some guards with us it shouldn't be a problem."
"Faaaaaang~" *glomps*

"How are ya doing?" Fang spoke, smile on her face while turning to hug her younger sister. "Today’s been interesting… I’ll give it that."
"Oh I’m okay. Day’s just getting started for me, and I’m just a little bit bored is all~" the redhead chirped. "So, what’s shakin’ with your ‘interesting’ day?" Vanille curiously inquired after her elder sister’s comment about her day.
"That’s whatcha get for sleepin’ half the day away." Fang laughed for a moment before getting serious. "It’s hell finding the right size blinds that we need, but manage to luck out somewhere else."
She held up a hand held system on her thing. “Shiny Rayquaza and Eevee. This game… addicting. Other than that, just a normal day I guess.”
"Oooooh~" the ginger cooed at the cute little critter on the screen. "That Eevee thing is adorable! I'm gonna have to get this game, too... I want an Eevee! Can you tell me more about it?"

Vanille sighed sadly. "Sounds like he's not doing very well then... The Snow I remember was one of the kindest and warmest people I'd ever met. He was always like a big teddy bear..." she trailed off for a moment in reverie. When she arrived back to the real world, she gently took hold of one of Freya's hands and squeezed it. "I'm sorry you have to see him so out of sorts, Freya. I'm sure there's at least a tiny bit of the old Snow buried deep inside his heart. It's just out of reach right now is all." She squeezed the brunette's hand again, this time almost to reassure herself more than to reassure Freya. She put on a smile again and said to the girl, "and if he's ever too grumpy for you to handle, you feel free to come visit me, okay?"
It was not long before Hope Estheim, a symbol of life, disappeared from among the living when the Order of Salvation took over with their “saint” Oerba Dia Vanille, a symbol of death.

The High Priestess," she pointed at the woman speaking at the pulpit, "she's the one in charge. The people around here call me a 'Saint' though. So I guess you could say I'm pretty important anyways," she finished with a smile.
"So," she continued conversationally, "where are you from, Freya? If you don't mind my asking?"
