"Without fighting the thoughts, just realize that you are aware of what is happening." Could you please give me an example of this so I can understand it? 😭
Are you these "thoughts"? Are you the one fighting these thoughts? Or are you aware of these "thoughts" as well as this "person" who is fighting these thoughts?
There's a movie. There's a character fighting a dragon. Are you the dragon? Are you the character fighting the dragon? Or are you aware of them both?
The examples are there in every aspect of your experience. Are you that particular experience or are you aware of that experience?
Extending the movie analogy. Are you the movie or are you aware of the movie?
Similarly, are you this entire "experiencing" or are you aware of all of "experiencing"?
Now, who is the one fighting these thoughts or doing or thinking... whatever? Is it actually you doing it? Or is this "you" that apparently fights these thoughts appearing within this awareness that you are?
