Utter disapointment

Today I finally became ashamed to be a Star Wars fan.

I've left every star wars group on Facebook that I was a member of.

I have been an UBER geek all my life when it comes to star wars but lately there has been so much toxic hate towards the franchise from certain groups which seem to be getting bigger and they dominate the group's I was in.

Now they have forced the sweetest lady Kelly Marie Tran off social media with all all the racist bullshit. These people are not real fans but they are gaining momentum.

They pick apart every detail of the new movies but idolize the originals. Well here's news for you....... The originals ain't perfect either if you use the same damn microscope you use for the new films!!!!

I'm not naive and I understand every movie has it's flaws but I LOVE THEM ALL!

Obvious the original trilogy will always be my favourite cause I grew up with them but every film has a place in my heart.

Hate does not!!!

These toxic people make me ashamed to be a star wars nerd.

But hope lives. It lives on inside all who are true to the franchise and while I rant on I know these toxic idiots do not represent the community as a whole and I see now the support Kelly Marie Tran is getting from true fans, normal genuine fans is incredible and is starting to reaffirm my faith in our beloved community.

If any one starts a positive star wars page showing genuine page for it then send me a message so I can join it.

Ok rant over and time to sit down and watch episode 4 which happens to be my fav.
