Thank you so much!! This is my Chip time-lapse, where I didn't do lineart, but i usually do lineart when drawing more complicated characters just so I don't have to figure it all out during the rendering process. I make a new layer whenever I make a significant change while painting, which might not be a good thing because I ended up with 75 layers on this drawing. When his facial proportions looked crazy I just selected all of the paint and sketch layers and used liquify to fix it. I also have a pinterest board full of references that i keep open when rendering, and the Flat Square brush from Jingsketch Basics is also super helpful. I upload most of my timelapses to tiktok as well 😊
