I thought you hated the Red Sox. Who are you? Who are you? Nicole. Conrad and I went to the deb ball together last summer.

FAVORITE SCENES FROM BECOMING ELIZABETH: 6/∞ After all that you have been through, all that I have seen and admired, you chose that? At least I chose him, rather than be chosen. I will call that victory in this life. And weak or foolish or judged as I am by you, I will continue on and be happy. No matter the cost, in spite of others' misery. I thought a great many things of you but negligence was never one of them. You thought many things? I respected you. And then I loved you. And then I hated you. And I came here hating you still. But now... now I pity you.
Voy a tener que mirar este partido de mierda a ver qué carajo hacen

Do you remember how you used to go over to the ring toss and just stare at the polar bears because you wanted one so bad? I probably spent thirty or forty bucks trying to win you that damn bear.
THE SUMMER I TURNED PRETTY — Conrad's POV on Winning Junior Mint
tsitp spoilers
Some especulation I've seen about the wedding:
- was it planned from the beggining for belly to wear her deb dress or did something happen to her og wedding dress and she just says fuck it i'll wear this one (it could be if the movie is a everything-goes-wrong-at-this-event kind of romcom)
- it's all a dream (this one is big in the bj subreddit lol i'm not mad about it, but what's the plot of the movie then? You know it won't be that belly doesn't want conrad after all lol could be that she has doubts about getting married after the failed wedding, idk. Personally i would love some angst lol)
rest in peace to this diva
George and Pattie in Monaco for the Grand Prix, May 22, 1966; photos by Wolfgang Kühn.
“I was always interested in Eastern philosophies and wanted to find out about meditation. I went to some lectures and became initiated into transcendental meditation. When the Maharishi came to England, George said he wanted to meet him and became passionate about his teachings.” - Pattie Boyd, Hello! (August 31, 2004) “I wanted something deeper, and I started reading a lot of books written by all sorts of writers, and mainly mystic books, and then when The Beatles were on tour, I saw a little advertisement in The Times, Sunday Times, for learning Transcendental Meditation. So I phoned my girlfriend and I said, ‘Let’s go and hear what they, you know, let’s learn about meditation.’ So that’s what I did. And when George came back from the tour, I told him about TM, and then amazingly, about a week later, Paul phoned and said, ‘There’s this bloke called Maharishi who’s coming to London to give a talk, should we go and hear him?’ So I said, ‘Oh, that’s, you know, who I follow.’” - Pattie Boyd, BBC Radio 2 (September 2019) “We were so different, from completely different backgrounds. He came from the north of England, Liverpool, and I suppose I felt more sophisticated than him. But we grew up together spiritually. It’s something you never lose. […] He was my first love and the most important influence in my life.” - Pattie Boyd, Hello! (August 31, 2004)
