If youโre interested in hiring me for a private commission, youโre required to read and accept the following Terms of Service.
Rules of Purchase:
1)ย You must be able to pay via Paypal Invoicing.ย This is not debatable, as I use invoices in order to preserve legal rights and protect both parties against fraud/scandals. It is also the only way I can properly receive payment that I can trust at this time.
2)ย All transactions are to be paid 50% upfront before work begins, and there are no refunds for completed art.ย For works that cost $100+ USD payment options can be discussed.
3) You are required to contact me when you need to cancel a commission request. 4) Purposefully issuing a chargeback without contacting me to cancel/refund a project will result in immediate blacklisting for you as well as your email address, and anyone sharing your PayPal account, including side accounts.
