ronansavery.
      â right, well. â he took a last look out the large, glass windows as the snow came down in angry flurries, wind whistling loud enough for them to hear, â guess weâre stuck. âm gonna be drinkinâ from THIS stash â â he pulled one of his drawerâs open, bottles clanking as they moved together, seven or eight in total. â donât bother me. thanks. â
      a long sigh leaves her lips, and she fires him an annoyed look. â --- what? so you finish my tattoo and now weâre suddenly strangers ? â she asks, disappointment shining in her eyes. of course, apolline isnât deluded enough to think that they are friends - but she has to admit that she expected them to at least... be on friendly terms. after all, avery has done most of the work on her, so theyâve spent a few hours together. â fine. tattoo and run. but iâll stay here. thanks. â
 @dyiingflower
     " oh, sheâs only this angelic when sheâs sleeping. trust me,â apolline says, a soft chuckle following her words. she is sitting in one of the lounge chairs in the tattoo parlorâs lobby, with fleur snoring peacefully in her arms. â just wait until you have one of these running around, narcissa. you wonât know what hit you. â
elnorbones.
she stood in the middle of the room, searching for someone she recognized that wasnât ronan avery. a relieved smile emerged at the familiar woman looking her way. âcan you imagine leo as a father? talk about making my year.â she crouched down, contorting her features into a silly expression for the little girl.Â
âmind if i sit?â her head nodded to the spot beside the woman and child. âi threw out my ten reasons why appoline delacour is the worst list beginning of third year, promise,â she added with a laugh. remembering her childhood crush on leo flint and deep resentment of his gorgeous, age appropriate girlfriend.
      apolline thinks for a few seconds, her eyes locked with eleanorâs. âheâd make a good father,â she says matter of fact, and shrugs. âoh, so thereâs a list now?â she asks, breaking into a smile. during their years at hogwarts, apolline became well aware of the fact that she wasnât exactly eleanor bonesâ favorite person in the world. âso i take it youâve moved on from him?â though she doesnât mean to pry, she canât resist asking. she always wondered where eleanor would end up --- and with who. âi did, eventually.â
@elnorbones
     apolline is sitting on the floor of the tattoo parlor, her legs crossed in front of her and fleur locked away safely in her arms, protected from the violent storm outside. she wishes she could sleep through the turmoil too. her gaze wanders across the room, until it finally lands on an all too familiar woman -- someone apolline hasnât seen in a while. her lips form an entertained smile, and she gives eleanor bones a long look. âdonât worry, sheâs not leoâs,â she finally says and nods to fleur, her smile becoming more teasing. âif thatâs what youâre thinking.â
annabelleroux.
Every time Annabelle saw Apolline, she was reminded of their school years at Beauxbatons, everything that happened between them before Apolline had transferred to Hogwarts, all of the feelings that had been pushed back to the âDO NOT DISTURBâ file of her brain⌠They all came back, no matter how much she wanted to keep them locked up. âFive hundred?â Annie repeated in their native French, âIs that all?â She teased, âI thought you were serious about this. What are your new reasons?âÂ
      " well, i was thinking you may want to LEAVE at some point, â she says and shrugs, a smirk playing on her lips. she takes a small sip from her coffee cup, and gives annabelle a long look, her eyes glimmering. â but i mean, if you want to keep going all week... we could totally do that. â she pauses and lets out a soft chuckle. â how many reasons will it take to convince you, ma belle? â her smile fades as she SO easily slips back into old habits - like calling annabelle by her nickname.Â
liammackenna.
he sat, unfazed and half amused at the brunetteâs roiling temper. there was no shortage of people he managed to piss off in a day, and for good reason. he wasnât there to play nice and to make people happy. he was there to get the job done and that was that.Â
âi trust people i know. and i donât know you, except for the fact youâve got one hell of an imagination.â
he watched her face change again, frustrated, angry, frustrated. good. it shouldnât be easy-
chill out brother dear. let the toddler wobble on her own for a bit. cait lifted a brow down at him that he caught in the peripheral as he listened to the thoughts filtering around their potential clientâs head. he heard it before she said it. it nearly made him cringe.Â
âbecause a giant flying lizard in the sky breaking out of the depths of a bank in the middle of diagon alley isnât going to be obvious or anything. impossible to track something of that size. youâre totally right. and then what?â
      this man was impossible. how he ever managed to get ANYTHING done with that attitude was beyond her -- and she hated that it was suddenly her problem. a criminal and his merry band of thieves was all that stood between her and FREEING that dragon --- and apolline wasnât used to being told the words no. especially not by men. âyou donât think we can handle a cloaking spell?â she said, her voice suddenly dripping with EXHAUSTION, rather than anger. âbesides, theyâll notice the dragonâs gone eventually. just need a head start to hungary.â she paused, taking a deep breath, her hardened stare softening. âshe is old --- almost blind. they should let her RETIRE, but instead, they just inflict more pain. itâs barbaric. how can you not care?â
dorcasing.
dorcas didnât bother giving their regrettable line of drinks a second look, already reaching for seconds when apolline got a chance to speak. âof course i mean that. cheating was like, definitely an incentive though.â the woman probably shouldnât be having any more drinks than all the ones sheâd downed already yet there she was, third glass in her hand, barely winning the competition so far and slightly nauseous look in her face. âi mean, have you looked at yourself? say the word and weâre out of here, duh.â
    â iâm sure it was, â apolline replied, her eyes bright with sparked interest. she wanted to see where this was going, so she downed another glass -- at this point, the sharp flavor of alcohol was barely noticeable. though apolline had always been good at holding her liquor ( she assumed she had her veela genes to thank for that ), even she was beginning to feel a bit... seasick. â careful what you wish for, meadowes. i might take you up on that... someday.â she paused, fingers reaching for another glass, letting the liquid run down her throat. her vision was starting to become hazy, and she was pretty sure that the room was spinning. or maybe that was just her. â hereâs to hoping that we remember this. would be a shame if we didnât.â she raised a glass in the air, a suggestive smile appearing on her lips as she studied her friend.
      it hasnât been that long since she last saw annabelle, yet the sight of her still causes the same surge of electricity to rush through her bones. once upon a time, she let her break her heart, and she wonât make that mistake again --- so she always has her guard up around her, careful to not let herself get hurt again. but that doesnât mean that she canât still be FRIENDS with her. after all, beauxbatons girls stick together. through thick and thin. â hey, iâm ready to go again whenever you are, â she says, rapid words in French spilling from her lips. she gives her a teasing smile, eyebrows raising in query. â i have about five hundred more reasons as to why you shouldnât use dragon horns. so what you got? or are you ready to give up? â
@annabellerouxÂ
canismajcrs.
  itâd been a rough and exhausting shift at the three broomsticks that night. heâd had to break up one bar fight too many. and had been given quite the shiner as a reward for his trouble. so, needless to say, he was a little less than thrilled to see someone lingering a bit too closely to his PRECIOUS motorbike that was parked outside. before he even bothered to take note of who it was, he quickly called out, â iâd say youâre a bit close there, eh? why donât you back up? â
       â oh, would you relax? i was just admiring the bike,â she said, her accent thickening as her voice turned sour. emotions always got the best of her -- which was why she, against her better judgement, took another step towards the veichle and reached out a hand, letting her fingers trace the metal. she could never resist doing something she had been explicitly told not to do. âitâs nice. judging by that brooding look on your face, iâm guessing its yours?â
      âYou just pointed out that I have no self-control. Clever strategy.â
@cvradoc //Â ě starters.
dorcasing.
âas dessert, after the pints?â the actual bartender was nowhere to be seen, so she simply made herself at home, already reaching for the glasses to fill. âcelestina is wild. like i said, fucking legend.â she shrugged, despite every word of that story being fabricated. âoh my god, yes. i like the way you think.â and with that she filled two more, setting them in line. âapolline, if we donât survive this, you need to know one thing that iâve been meaning to tell you for a long time.â her expression was serious as she perfected their lines of regret. âiâdtotally shag you. GO.â dorcas was already tipping in one glass.
   apolline fired her friend a smile and leaned forward, elbows placed on the bar counter. âwouldnât have it any other way,â she replied, amusement written across her face. she had never been able to resist a challenge ( and it constantly got her in trouble ). âwe should all be more like that, probably.â she watched as the drinks were placed in front of her, and there suddenly seemed to be... a lot more than she had anticipated. but what the hell... she had done worse and lived. a questionable (but working) lifemotto to live by. lifting a glass to her lips, she suddenly froze when dorcas spoke, surprise flickering in her eyes. well, she hadnât seen that coming. âdo you really mean that or are ya cheating to get ahead of me with the drinks?â she asked, giving dorcas a curious look before downing a shot herself.Â
