i love the german language because translating it word for word into english is so Funny to me
from where Im around especially when just Talking people usually just put a der/die/das in front of it to somewhat create: „Im gonna talk to THE Oliver“ when saying „Ich geh mit dem Oliver reden“
also unrelated when wanting to tell someone that youve misspoken the first instinct in from where I am around usually is to say „sorry, ich hab mich versprochen“ which is supposed to mean „sorry I misspoke“ but my brain that likes to take things litterally and also the fact that it prolly should be taken that way if it werent for language funky like that makes it mean: „sorry I have promised myself“ but not in the „oh I promised myself to get better at this“ but more in the „I have promised myself to somebody else“ technically and it annoys me so much. I didnt promise myself to sombody I just misspoke bro </3

Like every time a book starts introducing a love interest out of nowhere Im like nooo Im to much of a hater for this cant a male and female character just be friends for ONCE (doing this because I have yet to see a book That I got forced to read by my school where there was a gay couple in it)

people say rocky phm has ruined their speech pattern but look at me my autistic ass has been spamming shit like „fun fun fun“ or ending sentences with a literal „questionmark“ to indicate my tone in real life for years now
old man at the mall saw me stimming and just started shaking the bench me and my boyfriend were sitting on until I stopped and we both looked at him and that man just went „he‘s got the wiggle sickness“ to my boyfriend while gesturing at me. I dont know it I should laugh, cry or kill that man
