Perfect fall breakfast 🍂🍁🍏 caramel apple crumble. Recipe: 2 tbsp brown rice syrup, 1 tsp each nutmeg and cimmamon mixed together. Peel if desired, core and slice an apple (I used golden delicious) coat with the syrup mixture. Mix together granola and solid coconut oil, enough to bind slightly, sprinkle on top of apple, microwave for 3 minutes or until the apples are soft! I topped mine with more granola 👌#breakfast #vegan #fallbreakfast #granola #apples #applecrumble
