this is the first raw pie i have ever made

and it is the best pie i have ever eaten

This is beautiful swirled Chocolate Vanilla banana ice cream It is topped with Pecans, Cacao nibs and Chia seeds

i had this nice risotto with wild rice

the veggies inside are leek green onion garden herbs and chestnuts

one of my most favorite risottos

this colorful bowl of beauty at this dark and rainy day

the green ice is like a green smoothie out of bananas, spinach and vanilla

it is mixed with a fruit salad with apples, nectarines, berries, mango and strawberries

topped with walnuts

it is an explosion!

today i was in berlins first vegan ice cafe

i had my first vanilla ice cream since two years

and it really tastes like vanilla

the other sort is gooseberry moringa

i like natural bowls like this

an avocado filled with salad, tomatoes, berries and sprouts

for this weather i need a cold watermelon juice

enjoy outside

lunch today is for the different kinds of myself

the one waffle is topped with grapes, cherries, berries, nuts and marple syrup

the other with salad, tomatoes, snow peas, sprouts and balsamico cream
