I shouldn't pay attention to comments on tiktok about ships. :/ Anyway, someone said that the Penguin falling in love with the Riddler should stay on Wattpad.

And I was like, "Does anyone read comics anymore?" They may not have been in some kind of romantic relationship, and Gotham is simply another interpretation of their friendship and connection, but nonetheless, they have been best friends, enemies, they lived together, have nicknames with each other, and whatever else, in the comics and the games, including Gotham.

You can't just compare this kind of relationship to fanfiction or whatever tf (or i guess you can, whatever, idk.) Either way, there is nothing wrong with shipping the Penguin and the Riddler, they have so many interpretations, and they can be interpreted in anyway. FFS.

What’s a tv show that you stopped watching just because of one character

So imagine this I’m watching Gotham really liking it but then Isabella showed up  . I never understood why she was added. If you wanted to give Riddler a new love interest then just give him Oswald, if you didn’t want Riddler and Penguin to be a ship then why did you give them chemistry. Every time she showed up I groaned to the point of just turning off the tv. I will probably start watching it again just because I want to complete it. I just don’t want to keep fast forwarding the show each time she appears.

For me, it was Galavan back in 2015 But then I decided to rewatch it and then Isabella started showing up there, even more stupidly Gordon and etc.

I know it’s just a cheap smt serial and with props sometimes it’s not so good, but hear me out. The first time, Ed has a .38 caliber pistol (smith & wesson model 42) with poor accuracy and slow firing. You don’t have to pull thehammer to fire it and there’s no need for safeties because you have to squeeze the trigger all the way down. Also this revolver was mostly used by bodyguards, which is romantic.

But the second time he uses the Desert Double Eagle. The caliber is more powerful, the gun is automatic and much heavier. And we know it’s definitely his gun, because before that Oswald was with Gordon and clearly had everything taken away from him. We can tell that Edward was really determined to kill and even changed his tactics and attitude to do so.

He is a forensic scientist and knows exactly what kind of gun is needed to kill effectively, even though he shoots at point-blank range, there was a chance that the bullet hitting the bone would veer off its trajectory and not hit where it should, but he still decided to add drama.

And as popular as the idea of Oswald’s broken leg may be. I really think he only had tendon and joint damage. A man with a broken ankle cannot walk, swim in cold water, and then still come home. It’s just a series but it stuck in my head and hc that Oswald had fuckin’ tough bones and Ed shot him in the sternum, which slowed the bullet down and saved him.

In season two, Ed uses a Glock in pursuit of Gordon, which is also interesting because it is the most police weapon. 

in season 4 he came to Oswald's club with an unloaded gun, he's either dumb at all or he wasn't going to kill him because he didn't even try to take a shot.

And in season five, he uses Oswald's gun at all for threats, which could be seen as "kill you with your own gun more you don't deserve blahblah." Or because he's a homeless without everything.

Hc that oz gets overly affectionate with animals

He just loves to kiss their head and play with their paws and just be around them.

The reason oz never had any pets is that his mother never had the money to keep one while he was growing up, plus Gertrud fed the stray cats from time to time, so she guessed that was enough animal exposure for oswald.

When he got Edward the dog it was definitely out of a pound, or he bought it from some drunk guy off the street.

He loves that dog so much he often forgets to even have social interactions with people other than mr.penn (this all in S5 ofc)

Bro Edward the dog didn’t die. He lived happily and safely with martin or Olga until oz got out of jail.

He’s a little old now but he is still cute as fuck

If he did die Oswald would absolutely bawl his eyes out every now and then, just thinking about it.

Actually, Gertrud possibly never got him animals because of this reason ,too.

He probably got too attached to a goldfish and got so sad he wouldn’t stop crying about it for god knows how long

So it's no surprise that his employees just left him. he loves this dog very very much

While I don't ship gobblepot, I'm not against the idea that Oswald had a crush on him. It also doesn't conflict with my aro-spec Oswald headcanon, it'd be two crushes in over thirty years of life. However I do think Oswald having a squish that people mistake for a crush would be very aro-spec of him lol.
