In which we are in water 7 and Lucci and civilian reader are dating and it’s set JUST before lucci’s and the others’ true identities get revealed and HERE comes olivia’s song, especially the bridge, where she says “I hope I never get to see what your face looks like going, a face I swear I could spend my whole life knowing” and reader indeed DOES see what Lucci’s face looks like going. Because what else is he supposed to do now, stay in water 7?

I tried to make myself clear, please take this idea and expand it as I don’t have the skills to write such a fic, thank you very much to whoever feeds my prayers 🙏

One of my favorite Yuumei pictures is actually this reimagining of the "brimmed hat Coco" splash page artwork in the manga. (Splash pages, for the uninitiated, are art features that don't necessarily have to do with the story.)

I don't know if the video has any spoilers mentioned, as I didn't watch it with sound. I just love Yuumei's art! I think she also has one of Qifrey. I don't know if any of her artwork has later manga spoilers, though. ^_^

thinking about chainsaw man and denji from the perspective of being a commentary on how damaging thinking romantic love is the most important thing in the world is. how denji asks ‘everyone is after my chainsaw heart but who wants mine? who wants denji’s heart?’ and how he started to slowly find people who wanted denjis heart through aki and power and how he didn’t realize that familial and platonic love isn’t less than romantic love because the only small amount of information on love hes learned is that romantic love is the end goal and he couldn’t see that there were people who held his heart right there
