It’s the pinned post (added colored text for hopefully easier reading)
My job is taking up a lot of my time and energy, so art output will be slower!
Commissions can be found here, they aren't always open but it'll show if they are: https://ko-fi.com/venacoeurva/commissions I don't currently do collabs, art trades, or zine work. Requests are open only when I make a post about them and they're generally restricted to series I'm into.
Due to an influx of notes/follows lately I feel the need to mention: I do not draw K H anymore outside of commission work (those are totally fine). Not to disappoint, but nothing new for that.
I don't use Discord and won't ask you to discuss commissions there. I also do not randomly approach or cold-message anyone about buying commissions. I haven't had this problem with someone impersonating me, but other artists have, so be cautious.
Tags to block if you don't want to see them:
Non-art related posts: not art Text posts: vena vents (not actually all venting or negative, the old tag just stuck) Wrenposting & Duskposting, etc. for OC lore posts. OC/canon or other OC-NPC interactions: TeldWren , MirWren, boys night, other's may be added Reblogs of my own posts: Day reblog
Basic info
I’m 30+, queer, dude-esque. Am White.
Not all content is close to mature but I would still prefer you to be 18+ (or more ideally, like 21+). I can't track every note, but If I see someone underage or who comes off as underage follow me and so forth or they're interacting with mature content from someone else I will block them.
I block easily in general. Aside from obvious big ones like bigotry, I will do this for things that skeeve me out and things/topics I'm not personally comfortable around, bot-like accounts, people who beg for free art or behave in a way that feels entitled to art, accounts dedicated to reuploading art (that's not published, very old, etc.), and high risks of annoying/uncomfortable especially discourse-laden encounters, or otherwise negative interactions. Curation, baby! You aren't entitled to me, my art, or my time and I'm not with anyone else's either. No, not every block is a harsh moral judgement and it's almost never personal.
I'm not your dad, therapist, sex ed teacher, personal pet artist, teacher, object of flirtation, psychiatrist/doctor, best friend, etc, we're strangers on the internet.
Guidelines re: my art
Credit properly! Do not reupload or use my art without crediting in an accessible place (pinned, description, bio, etc.).
Don't modify my art unless you need to crop it a little for a header image or something. Do not use filters on my art.
Don't profit from it, including using my art for icons, etc. on accounts like Patreon, monetized Youtube, Ko-Fi, etc. unless we've come to an agreement on that ahead of time. If you want to compensate me for older art that you want to use in something (the above, mix cover, game asset, etc), please contact me but know I may not have the higher res version around anymore.
Non-commissioned tattoos of my art are generally fine, but please ask first per piece and I'd appreciate it if you threw me a tip for using it, similar to "tattoo tickets" some artists have. Keep in mind my art is not made with tattoos in mind.
Do not make merch of my art beyond just personal use printing it out yourself for your wall or making personal use stickers. Commissions made for that purpose are excluded and we will have discussed this. People did that before assuming I'd just be chill with it, I was not chill with it.
Please don't reupload, alter, or use anything of my or other's characters unless you got permission. Those tend to be very personal to people, and commissions are for them.
Do not remove or alter watermarks.
Do not attach my art to causes and political stances, even if I agree with them, unless that art piece already explicitly expressed that stance (ex. pride month).
Do not use someone else's commissions or art trades unless they OK it.
That's the main stuff, more info below
